Située juste à l'intérieur des portes principales du complexe, la communauté Del Mar est un paradis pour les loisirs et la vie active à Los Sueños. Depuis l'entrée fermée privée, une allée d'arbres d'ombrage et de douces allées serpentent le long du parcours de golf de championnat pour atteindre ce quartier de 84 résidences mitoyennes.

Les condominiums Del Mar présentent un contraste saisissant entre la conception architecturale méditerranéenne et le paysage délicat qui caractérise cette communauté. Magnifiquement conçu avec le confort à l'esprit, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour un groupe de taille moyenne pour s'étaler et profiter de leur maison au Costa Rica loin de chez eux.

Cette unité de trois chambres et deux salles de bains comprend une cuisine design qui s'ouvre sur la salle à manger attenante et une grande pièce; ceux-ci à leur tour, s'ouvrent sur un vaste balcon couvert qui est bien meublé pour observer l'océan et la jungle.

Perfect condo!!!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for part of our trip to Los Suenos, I wish we could have stayed there the whole time!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and a perfect location. We walked out to the patio each morning to have coffee overlooking the pool and beach...exactly what you what when you're in Costa Rica! The furnishings were welcoming and comfortable, it was well worth the money! HRG was very helpful in getting any issues fixed in a timely manner and the cleaning service was great. I would highly recommend this condo if you're looking for that perfect location, luxury furnishing and great service with HRG!

Great Experience in Los Suenos

They have a nice office conveniently located to Los Suenos.I've stayed at Los Suenos, Del Mar previously (actually on many occasions) and it's a wonderful location with access to all the Los Suenos amenities and a short drive to Jaco and other surrounding points of interest.I highly recommend HRG and Los Suenos.

Los Suenos Condo - Vacation to Visit Daughter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice. Not the best water view since a palm tree was blocking our water view, but still very pretty. We had two issues - one with furniture and the other with the shower head - and both were repaired promptly after our phone call. Overall nice condo.

Everthing was great!

We could not have been more pleased. From our arrival to leaving was first class. We had a few things to handle regarding the computers and TV. These things were handled immediately. The people assisting us upon arrival were extremely nice and helpful. The other workman were very friendly and took care of the issues quickly. The condo was extremely nice. In fact, we are discussing returning and renting the same condo. I cannot think of one negative comment or problem we had. Thank you for making our vacation the best ever!

Great Vacation Spot!!!

I recently took my family to Los Suenos. We went there wanting a first class trip at a reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better vacation or nicer accommodations. I have stayed in some very nice hotels and condos all over the world in the past, but nothing comes close to the accomodations and service that we experienced through the HRG team at the Bella Vista in Los Suenos! Mike, Evelyn and Luis set up the perfect trip for us. We had a packed agenda that went flawlessly with everything running on time, every time. While most of our activities set up in advance of the trip through the HRG team, Luis was also there whenever we needed him to set up last minute tours, surf lessons, cabs, private chefs and whatever else we needed! The actitivites and fishing they recommended were excellent- including white water rafting, zip lining, and fishing. Our view of the ocean and the pool was as good as it gets. The finish out and comfort of the condo was over the top. The location being a stone's throw away from the Marriott, the beach, the main beach club pool and also it's own private pool was amazing. The Marina was just a short walk away. The maid service was exceptional - they washed all of our clothes everyday! The bar service at the beach club pool was great. All of this for a very reasonable price! I could not give a place a higher rating on accommodations or service! This on all on top of being in one of the most beautiful countries in the world. My family and I would go back to Bella Vista at Los Suenos in a heartbeat!! I highly recommend this property.

Sara and Tim's wedding

The condo was wonderful. It is spacious and comfortable. I wish the 3rd bedroom had full beds instead of twins but the space is limited. The fans on the balcony did not work, and we did report it to management. The one thing that I would complain about, the owner leaves the Hummer in the car space and there is a problem with parking golf carts. Otherwise, it was perfect.

It was an amazing experience. The condo was very comfortable with all the necessaries and much more. The decor was a lot more than what we expected, it was absolutely beautiful!!! and very clean. The landscaping was gorgeous and the view couldn't have been any better. The service was outstanding, everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. I highly recommend Los Suenos, and the unit that we stayed in was gorgeous.

Relaxing upscale condo with all the comforts of home and excellent for fisherman!

This condo was very ice and provided all the modern comforts of being in the US...and most exciting for us was the washer dryer. Costa Rica is best enjoyed if you are active which often means getting dirty so the washer and dryer was such an added bonus. The rooms are very well designed, clean and comfortable as well. There is a full kitchen and a good amount of space for 6 people to relax after a full day out and about. Or if you want a calmer day, there is a private pool (where we saw no one else during our stay) or a really beautiful beach club next door. My only disappointment at the club was that the bartender didn't seem to be there for drinks very early. The other nice thing is that there is a large marina just a short 5 minute walk away with a bank, some stores, some restaurants, bars and a market. There is also a full and very clean grocery store just outside the resort entrance where you can stock up on food should you want to cook your own meals.There is also a Marriott next door with more restaurants, bars, shopping, a spa, gym and casino. The beach is volcanic and I saw very few people on it but there is a white sand area by the pool if you want to sun bathe or play volleyball. I would say this place is great for a family or group of friends and would be most ideal for those who want to fish as the fishing charters are quite good and right there. It also would be good for people who are not good at navigating their way through foreign countries as all the creature comforts are there and the HRG group speaks english and really serve as your concierge. They arranged a monkey tour for us that was really great. The monkey's ate out of our hand and the guide was a little crazy but entertaining. To be expected from a monkey tour guide. The only negative I would say is that I prefer to experience the culture and this resort makes you feel like you could be in the US except for the scenery. But we remedied that by spending our days surfing at Jaco (the next beach just about 10 minutes away) and taking day trips to Manuel Antonio (a must!). We also ventured out to eat where it is more affordable and we could get some local flavor. All that said,the condo is great and centrally located in an area that provide many activities for all types of travelers.....but I think it would be most idea for someone who LOVES to fish. And if the wife or kids don't LOVE to fish, they will be safe and well entertained here. Kids would be very safe here as well.

UNBELIEVABLE

I would like to say that our stay at Bella Vista and Los Suenos was beyond all of our expectations. Our Condo was AWSOME!, such a spacious and beautiful views. The service and food were 5 star as well! We did not want to leave, it is without exception, a paridise on Earth!

Another awesome trip to Los Suenos!

We have stayed at the Bella Vista two years in a row and love it! The Beach Club is a big hit with our group and the fishing was great as always. The condos are beautiful clean and the staff keep everything so clean! Paradise! Cant wait to come back next year.....
