Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo, especially the enclosed balcony where we enjoyed many hours even through the rain & thunderstorms. The only reason for the 4 star was the mattresses in the guest room needed to be replaced. Having the washer/dryer and the nice closets were also a plus. It was extremely clean, quiet & staff were gracious & helpful. A great place for a getaway.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed six weeks in this condo and found it to be one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything that we needed was provided.We really enjoyed the sunroom, and spent a lot of time there looking out over the ocean.In addition the maser bed was super comfortable.Another excellent option was that it had a washer and dryer in the condoThe location was excellent, close to shopping and restaurants.The condo was found to be very clean, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented several units in Arcadian 1 for a nearby wedding event. Location couldn’t have been better for the event and everyone was very happy with easy access to everything that is Myrtle Beach; dining, shopping, golf and of course, steps from the beach. Incredible views from every unit! Was very impressed how well the recovery from damages from Hurricane Ian had been accomplished in just two short weeks, everything back up and running normally!
