This beautiful 2200sqft house is blocks away from breweries, restaurants/bars, wine shops, and shopping of downtown Park Circle. It is a 8 minute walk to Firefly Distillery (home of Sweet Tea Vodka) and Holy City Brewery.
The home is centrally located and is 8 miles to historic downtown Charleston, 16 miles to the beaches of Sullivanâs Island, and 5 miles from Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island!
Youâll love the outdoor space, which is complete with two seating areas, a pergola, a swing set and a natural gas grill. All bedrooms have a 55â smart TVs with cable.
The property was clean, beautifully decorated andnhad everything we needed. The host responded quickly and was great. We would definitely stay here againnwhen visiting.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful and exceeded our exceptions. Communication between our host was clear, kind, and easy. We are definitely planning to stay here again!
The house was so comfortable and very nice. The host was easy to communicate with and the neighborhood was really quiet. The weather wasn't nice enough when we were there, but the outdoor space is great as well.
Me and my friends had a great stay! We had plenty of space for the 7 of us, and really enjoyed the main living area. Location was close enough to downtown Charleston for a quick ride. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was to our liking!
Came to Charleston for my friends bachelorette weekend and we had a wonderful time! Katherine was so helpful and very responsive to me. The house was very clean with plenty of room. Very well maintained and decorated. The outdoor space is great too. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!
The home is as it appeared in the photos. The back deck was wonderful for gathering friends. The rooms are large and bathrooms wonderful. The neighborhood isnt as nice as I thought but the location was good for getting to Highwater. Restaurants aren't necessarily walkable for a group but minutes away by car. A beautiful grey cat that lives next door is so sweet and likes to stop over for a visit.
The only issue I noticed is the master bathroom shower floor can get slippery and I would be concerned about elderly slipping. Other than that the place was awesome
We were in Charleston for my sons commissioning ceremony. We had several family members coming in to help celebrate his success. The house was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. It was very inviting and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the deck outside with the wonderful pergola. The deck was especially inviting in the evening hours as temperatures began to cool off. We spent several hours on the deck enjoying the evening air and catching up with one another. If I were to return to Charleston I would try to rent this location again.
This house is so lovely and in a great spot in Park Circle. We have a house downtown, but wanted to be in Park Circle for race weekend and it was perfect. All weekend we never wanted or needed to go downtown! The house was clean and fresh, and truly like a home away from homeâ-you could walk right in with just your clothes and everything else you might need was ready and waiting. The house is put together very nicely; it doesnât look like a mish-mash of cast-offs from a âprimaryâ home and thrift store finds (nothing wrong with that at all, to be clear!), it is decorated beautifully and clutter-free! Every aspect of our weekend, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. Many thanks to our gracious host!
Kappiâs Luxury Coastal Retreat was everything we hoped for in a vacation home. We (four adults) stayed seven nights at Kappiâs, and it was exactly as pictured online. It was hard to find a house that had two king beds and two full bathrooms, so we were thrilled with this house as it had both and everything else you would need to have a relaxing time while visiting the Charleston area.
Kappi was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. We arrived in Charleston before the check-in time, so we asked if we could stop in early and drop off our luggage rather than have them in the car all day. The house was ready for us, and she let us check in early â so convenient! We were also pleasantly surprised with the basket of water and snacks that was waiting for us.
As mentioned in previous reviews, the neighborhood is in an older area, but we always felt safe, and it was very quiet. Two people in our party are very light sleepers, and they did not wake to any noise outside.
We would definitely recommend staying at Kappiâs if you are in the Charleston area.
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Lots of things to do nearby. Lyft and Ubers were cheap to downtown Charleston.
House had comfortable beds and a lot of amenities. We enjoyed sitting outside on their deck as well.
Pretty and well equipped home. Needs more description of neighborhood.
This home is very pretty, beautiful decorated, clean, comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials including tools, spices and even coffee filters. The bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soaps and plenty of clean towels. Every bed was comfortable with a plethora of pillows to choose from. While the location of the home was very convenient to the North Charleston Convention (our reason for travel) and not too far from area attractions, we feel like a better description of the transitional neighborhood should somehow be included. We were slightly nervous about the safety of our vehicles. The closest liquor store and Wal-Mart were disconcerting and revealed our suspicions of the community. With that said, however, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our quick trips into downtown Charleston, John's Island, Folly Beach and Patriot's Point.
We had such a great time staying at Katherineâs beautiful home! 10-15 minutes from the shops on King St and close to many lovely breweries and restaurants!
This house was amazing and accommodating for a group of 8 girls! The location was great and was just a short drive to downtown and the beach. The house had everything you could think off and the back porch was very relaxing! Looks just like the pictures, would definitely recommend to a big group traveling together!
The house was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the large common area downstairs. The kitchen was also large, which was appreciated by our bigger group! A bit far from downtown Charleston, but I would definitely recommend it for a group of friends visiting for the weekend. :)
We stayed here for a bachelorette trip. We had a large group, and the house was able to accommodate & didnât fee too small. The hosts were so responsive with any questions. The house had everything we needed and more! Itâs beautiful. The location of the house was nice - a quick 13â15 minute uber to downtown Charleston.
The home is exactly as it presents in the photos! It is so spacious - plenty of room for all! Our group of ten adults was never in need of anything! If I found myself asking, "I wonder if they have a .....", I would just open another cupboard and there it was! We were pleasantly surprised to find four great beach chairs in the garage, a small cooler, and beach bag!
Although we had no children with us, the home is well-equipped to accommodate the little ones as well. The host had dinnerware for kids, a high chair, a portable playpen, and a swing set in the back yard.
Thank you for the excellent accommodations!
