The home features modern comforts and coastal touches while the cul-de-sac sees very little traffic—perfect for walking your four-legged best pal! When you're ready to hit the beach, a 6-minute (0.3-mile) walk will take you to the lifeguarded 3rd Street Beach Access with outdoor showers and a wooden walkway to the beach!

You'll enjoy plenty of parking in the driveway along with space for dry parking beneath the home. On a warm summer evening, enjoy shooting hoops at the basketball net. You'll also find an enclosed laundry area with washer and dryer on the ground-level.

Get a great night's sleep on the main floor of this charming cottage in one of three bedrooms. A King Master Bedroom boasts an attached Full Bath. Another Full Bathroom is accessible from the hall and is shared by a second King Bedroom and a third Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk Bed—the perfect place for the kids to claim as their own.

Your family will love gathering together in the open style great room on the top level featuring a cozy living area with flat-screen TV where you can enjoy a relaxing movie night on a rainy evening. Great vaca

A great rental. A quick walk to the beach. Located close to the supermarket and target for shopping. Plenty of places to eat. The home was clean and as advertised. You do need to bring everything with you…toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap etc. I brought blankets/pillows too. Sheets were fresh and ready to be used. Great vacation spot for a family with a dog. My pup was very happy to lounge on the deck all day long. There are loose dogs (very friendly) on the block so if you have a pup that isn’t super dog friendly (like mine) it’s a bit of a challenge to walk them. We just went for really early beach walks and late night walk to avoid other pups. Wonderful week. Will be back!

Nice place, too early check-out

This is a nice, large place close to the beach. It is clean, has nice amenities, and close to restaurants and the sights. The only downsides are (1) a relatively late check-in (5pm), (2) a very early check-out (9am), unless you're willing to pay an extra $75, and (3) a laundry-list of check-out expectations (removing garbage and putting it on the street, removing sheets and putting them at the foot of the bed, putting towels together, wash and put away dishes, etc.) The check-out list itself is not excessive, except for the 9am check-out time (the requirement that dishes be both washed and put away pretty much precludes the use of dishes for breakfast before checkout).

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It’s clean and well equipped and truly a 6 minute walk to the beach as advertised. We look forward to staying again!
