This 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom home is in an ideal location to make the most of your time on the Outer Banks. Sea View is close to beach shops, restaurants with local flavor, fun area attractions, and of course the gorgeous beach. Sea View has direct beach access. You'll be digging your toes in the sand after a short stroll from your back door. Located in the Pelican Watch complex in Southern Shores, you will find yourself within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the fishing pier.

Sea View has everything you need for the ultimate Outer Banks vacation. Gorgeous both inside and out, this oceanfront home is impeccably decorated down to the finest detail. Get settled in with parking under the Covered Carport where you'll also find a Gas Grill that's perfect for cooking up the seafood that you're sure to catch down at the pier. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower after a day at the beach. Keep walking and you'll find the covered warm, bubbly Hot Tub, meaning that you can relax your muscles no matter the weather and take in every second of relaxation during your stay.

The dual Covered and Sun Deck provide space where you can relax with a cool drink in the shade or take full advantage of some al fresco dining in the sunshine as you listen to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore. Back inside, prepare a delicious meal in the Kitchen with all modern appliances and plenty of space to impress the whole family with your culinary skills. Enjoy together in the Dining Area where you can watch the ocean while you eat. Through the Kitchen, enjoy another Covered Deck area where you can relax and watch the sunset or pop on over to the Full Hallway Bathroom to freshen up. The Queen Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV and plenty of natural light is nearby just waiting to welcome you into Outer Banks comfort.
