5 stars is not enough for you! I would give you a million if I could! Matt & Keri, this home is amazing, beautiful and our trip was perfect because of booking this home! For anyone wanting a quiet, scenic location this is the one! The host ensured that our stay was nothing less than perfect! The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the double head shower was the best! The pictures do this home absolutely no justice. Way more beautiful in person! Ran into the owner during our stay, he was the nicest and most hospitable man ever! This home had everything you need from dishes to cookware, to champagne glasses and dishes to put together a beautiful spread for a small get together. This location didn’t feel like other rental locations, it felt like for the weekend we were apart of these hosts family! I want to thank you for the beautiful memories we made at this location! You are forever apart of our memories for years to come! Gender Reveal for my first grandchild. IT’s A BOY!!!!!Thank you again!

Great house with lots of space for our family to enjoy visiting & share family dinners, etc. The area was very quiet & were enjoyed the beautiful patio & back yard. Everything was very clean & the kitchen/pantry was well stocked, & we definitely felt very at home!! Matt & Carrie are great hosts & brought us over fresh eggs for the weekend

I would give this more stars if possible. Words could not describe how wonderful this property is. Spacious, comfortable and the most well-appointed and well-kept VRBO we have stayed in. It was also extremely nice to be able to park in the very large garage to stay out of the weather. The hosts were absolutely the most gracious, friendly and hospitable couple I have had the pleasure to meet. This house absolutely felt like home to us. We very comfortably slept 7 people using only 4 of the 5 bedrooms and were able to host our extended family for Thanksgiving dinner using the 2 dining areas. The property is within 15 minutes of every place we wanted to visit and located very conveniently near shopping and dining. We absolutely LOVED this property and are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The outdoor space was amazing as well! We had 9 family members staying here for a wedding, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and we had several great meals there. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had!

This home was lovely and spacious. Great windows to view outside and a nice backyard. The candy and food, etc. was a nice touch making one feel at home.

All was as promised and more than expected. The house was expansive with its own park setting. One of the family stated that he wished that he stayed at the Vrbo rather than the hotel for the occasion! We were thankful for a personal tour of the accommodations which included a huge HO train layout!

This is a Big house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9. Everything we needed was there. Back yard is nice. This host provides things we are not used to finding in our VRBO rentals. Like soaps, shampoo and even some food in the pantry. She brought over fresh eggs from their chickens. We found a Kroger close and plenty of places to shop. Good restaurants too.

Country Paradise

Best VRBO WE EVER STAYED! The home was immaculate, large and accommodating for our party of 10. The owners, Matt and Keri made us feel so welcome; they actually live next store, and addressed every question we had immediately. We felt like we now have true friends in the Dayton area. Do not hesitate renting this property 
..you owe it yourself to rent this beautiful home at least once in your life. We will return to your country paradise without a doubt!

Great for U.D. Graduation weekend

Very roomy & well-cared-for home in a quiet area. Wife & I both remarked it would be a great spot for a major holiday, and perhaps we'll return for something like that in the future. Super-clean with comfy beds & showers. Again, LOTS of space. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Bellbrook beauty

This has to be one of the nicest locations I have stayed in. Everyone was blown away with the house. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. We were in town for a graduation and it provided a nice place to relax in the morning and evening. Rooms were great. Kitchen well equipped. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The weather was rainy but there is a nice patio and yard if the weather was better. Our hosts responded quickly to a few questions we had. Everything in perfect working order.

Huuuuuge house with plenty of upstairs and downstairs space, multiple tables for eating and game playing plus TVs for every bedroom. Bountiful kitchen supplies and condiments plus terrific bathroom toiletries and laundry room detergents. Perfect for our family gathering celebrating a 90th birthday. Thanks!!

Amazing home and great lovation

This home is exactly as described. Lots of room for a large family. Areas for family to gather, play games and hang out. Also able to spread out so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Super clean. Large area outside for kids to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Great Getaway with the Family

We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.
