The host was fabulous, and welcoming.Thiis is a fully stocked place. Fun ,bright decor in house, very clean rooms. Street is fairly quiet though in the downtown area. Close to famous Ybor city restaurants too.

My family and I enjoyed our stay on this property. The rooms were clean and we had just enough toiletries. I would say the bedrooms lacked a central light so it was kinda dark and hard to get ready. We only had a hiccup with the check in process.We asked the host about the possibility of checking in early and were willing to pay an additional fee if necessary. We made this request about a month before our check-in date and were told that we would find out on the day of check-in.However, when the day arrived, we received no message regarding early check-in and no access code for the house. I had to contact the host directly, who then manually updated the code. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of communication and consideration put a damper on the start of our trip and made the check-in experience unnecessarily stressful.Everything else regarding the property and stay was as advertised.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your family enjoyed the property, found the home clean, and felt that the property and stay were otherwise as advertised. Regarding early check-in, we had guests checking out that same day, and our cleaning team needed the full turnover time to properly prepare the home for your arrival. Unfortunately, early check-in simply wasn’t possible that day. We were sorry for the hiccup with the door code at check-in. When you called, we answered and immediately addressed the issue by manually updating the code so you could access the home. We also apologized for the inconvenience at that time, so we’re sorry to hear that you felt your concern was not acknowledged. We were also unaware of any concern with the bedroom lighting until reading this review. The bedrooms have ceiling fan/light fixtures, and no lighting issue was reported to us during the stay. Had we known there was a problem operating a fixture, we would have been happy to assist immediately. We appreciate the feedback and are glad that, aside from these concerns, your family enjoyed the home and found everything else to be as advertised.

Nice cozy stay.

Great location as far as getting to and from the airport. Getting to the baseball game and hockey game was very easy as well. I’d definitely recommend staying at this property.

The home was very clean and instructions for everything were clear. The coffee pot curafe wasn't for the maker so the water would not flow through and the one bed upstairs needs a new mattress which was relayed to the owner. If those things are corrected I would have given it a 5 star rating

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a week and it was ok. When we first arrived it was pouring down raining. The lock code we were given didn't work and we had to call to get a new one which was frustrating in the rain. The home had a old bad smell in it. The pictures make it appear bigger than it is. The closests in the bedrooms were unusable because they were packed with storage from the host personal items. The dresser were more like cabinets and smelled old, so we basically dressed from our suitcases for the week. The ants were terrible and would get in everything you open. So we had to keep our toothpaste in ziplock bags. The provided linen and towels from the host is very worn and used. So you may want to bring your own. We went to the local Walmart and purchased some. The bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade. There is mold around the tile and fixtures. The carpet throughout the home is dark and appear dirty. Although the kitchen had upgraded appliances the cookware needs updating. The home is older and has an old smell so a good air purifier would help with this. An also an exterminator is needed to control the ants and bugs.

Very clean and comfortable

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. A bonus was coffee was provided as well as sugar/creamer. Another bonus was a great deck off the bedroom on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

The house is very clean and homey. The host was easy to call and ask questions. It was just the neighborhood that I got scared of. In the middle of the night, there were loud voices as if they were arguing or fighting. I was worried that we might be affected by the trouble outside.

All the amenities!

This property was clean and provided all of the amenities you could ever need. Not far from the Hyde Park district, Armature Works or Raymond James- which was great since we were visiting our daughter for USF’s parents weekend. Check in and out super easy. We arrived late Friday evening(after midnight) and there is a hangout/bar a few blocks away which had some loud music and a little more traffic than I expected for this small neighborhood- not a negative but it was a bit busy for that time of night and even some patrons walking down the sidewalks and streets.

I can't say enough about the host. Dallas responded quickly. Booking was a breeze. My son brought his dog last minute and Dallas was able to help us right away. The pictures are accurate. My three sons, my husband and myself had ample room in the home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and nicely appointed with everything you would need. The location was close to everything we needed. We came up for a soccer game at Raymond James Stadium. We ate locally at the Cheesecake Factory and First Watch. The living room was comfortable and cozy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. It is close to UT, the mall, Raymond James Stadium, coffee shops, and restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to stay:-)
