After confirming this had a wood burning fireplace inside, i booked this property...only to arrive and it to only have a wood burning fireplace outside...terribly disappointing, as this was the same problem we had with this property prior...but apparently they dont have any record of that or the gas odor complaint that i had from the oven(that maintenance had to come out and take care of) and along with confirming the prior property was dog friendly only to find out 10 days later it wasnt and we had to leave our dogs home and my mother in law had to stay behind to take care of them! I had spoke with Shaik from VRBO and Angie from Ayres and they had made the offer to stay at the previous home or pay for the night we stayed and be refunded the rest, once confirmed the home wasnt available, they tried offering a seperate area(at the bottom of the mountain) for us to enjoy a fireplace but it wasn't convenient for all of us and wouldnt be comfortable so i wanted the previous offer from Shaik and Bill the manager was not aware of the offer that had been made and pretty much refused to honor it and said he would contact the current owners to see if they would be willing to do a refund...needless to say it was a huge disaster and horroble disappointment as it was my husband's birthday vacation...i will never recommend Ayres to anyone. Ive attached photos from VRBO and the photos in person of the same fireplaces being advertised. Completely different. You can tell everything has been
