The Oasis is a spacious, fully equipped, clean and modern, pet friendly, private guest house, with a large kitchen/dining area, living room area and King size bed, as well as two twin inflatable beds, which can sleep an additional 2 guests (Add. cost per guest) The guest house looks out to a large saltwater pool that is shared with the main house.
Outdoor:
Filled with tropical, lush landscaping, swaying palm trees and 100's of plants and fruit trees, this 1.25 acre outdoor retreat is completely fenced in and makes you feel like you’ve stepped into your own tropical oasis. Take a dip in the large saltwater pool, enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, lounge in the hammock, enjoy a meal and your favorite beverage outside on the patio or make s'mores by the fire pit in the evening, bring your furry friends and enjoy lots of walking and biking trails in the neighborhood. You will have your own separate entrance from the main entrance, on the side of the property, with its own private gate and driveway. The driveway is large enough to accommodate 2 cars and/or most size RV's. There are also 2 bikes available for use in the shed.
Other things to note:
This is an upscale and very safe neighborhood conveniently located close to everything you need. The yard and pool is shared with the hosts (family with young kids) that live in the main house. The pool is not fenced; please note this if booking with young children (parents assume all liability for their children while on the property). We have two very friendly dogs (boxer mix and black lab) on the property.
