Made a decision to take a last minute beach vacation and stayed and found this gem. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with beach access directly across the street! We traveled with 2 dogs who really enjoyed the off leash dog beach 2 miles down the road. We will return to this location in the future.
Gary was very accommodating and let us check in early. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great spot, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay there again!
This property is so cute for a little getaway to the beach. We loved Gary's recommendations in the room & went to morning yoga on the beach and the Golden Juicery. What an incredible stay.
The location of this spot is ideal. The minute I got there I felt right at home. The grounds were tidy and the apartment was clean. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was great. Beach access was literally across the street. The area was quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants minutes down the road. Jupiter is a short drive away. Gary and Stacey clearly put a lot of thought into making their guests feel as comfortable as possible. Would stay here again!
While the owner was a nice man and the location was great, right across from the beach, the accommodations left much to be desired. It is not individual bungalows, it is a long retangular building with rooms all in a row. No biggie. But it is quite spartan on the inside and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable Iâve ever slept (tried to) on. Also, thereâs no washer/dryer. So if you donât mind basic, this is the place for you
We had the best stay. Gary was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything.
In my personal opinion, I feel as if the pictures donât do the apartments justice. We stayed in room 10 and had a mini fridge but also had a burner if we wanted to make eggs. There was a microwave and toaster oven. Which we ended up not needing. But always nice to have the option.
My husband would have preferred more privacy on the little patio than just wispy bushes, but we hardly ever saw anyone out on thereâs.
The beach access was directly across the road. Truly a 2 minute walk from our unit to the ocean
The bungalows location are a 3 minute drive to the dog beach where we took our lab/border collie. We walked her there the first day, but it was a little too hot for her on the way back.
We had some amazing food on Love street. An area of Jupiter on the water with a row of different nice restaurants and upscale bars. Downtown west palm was a quick 30 minutes away.
I will say that the chairs and umbrella provided were a bit worn out. The top of the umbrella didnât match the bit that went into the sand, but it was a bonus not to have to go and buy them new as we drove down from Tennessee. So we made due.
All in all we would definitely stay here again, bring friends, and pay the extra to have unit 1!
This place was phenomenal! Itâs beautifully decorated, immaculate, roomy, lovely setting, close and easy access to the beach (more private than other areas of the beach too), restaurants, Jupiter, etc. I was thrilled from beginning to end with this place. Greg takes loving care of everything. He communicated well with me and was a gracious host. You will love this place. If youâre making your decision where to stay, donât look anywhere else. This is it! We want to return soon!
We had a wonderful long weekend here! Easy beach access, clean, quaint property with private patio. A perfect location for a low key weekend away. Very close to bike shops, restaurants and pier. We walked 5 minutes to pick up bikes and then explored Juno from there! 10/10 recommend
Thank you so much for letting us stay with you. The beach was literally across street and the property owner Gary was wonderful. We will be staying there again.
Seaside Bungalow #10 was one of 12 rooms that are connected and run East to West (it appears that #1 has an Eastern view and perhaps partial ocean view- my unit did not) . The units are situated on the Western side of Rt 1A, thus you must cross that not particularly busy road to walk to the Ocean (from the pictures I assumed it was just off the ocean) . A 1-2 minute pleasant walk to a nice beach.
The unit itself is a very nice and clean , smallish "motel like room", however it has a nice little patio, very comfy queen bed, small kitchenette and nice modern bath with shower. It has nice furniture, including beach chairs/umbrella. The area is very quiet- no obvious road noise. In short very comfortable for one or two folks....more would be a push in my opinion, especially if the weather not great. You are paying for the location, which is
upscale and near some great restaurants. That said, the $250/night I paid seems a bit high.
Nice (somewhat secluded) location, right across from an uncrowded beach. Near enough to restaurants and shops with a car. Room is a cute little efficiency with a center stage bed, small cafe table, toaster oven, Mini fridge and a microwave. Itâs clean and fairly recently rehabbed. It has a lot of beach decor and does feel somewhat hidden, compared to the mega structures nearby.
We would definitely come back again!!!
Only negative is: The bed is a little small (definitely not a king), and a little bit lumpy on the right side, but we got used to it after the first night.
Like I said... weâd come back again!
Great location for our first trip to Juno Beach-Jupiter FL area
Location, location, location at a reasonable price. We planned our trip to see our hometown baseball team in spring training. The location is within walking distance of the beach. And, a short car ride to Roger Dean Stadium. The bungalow was clean with a very nice updated bathroom and kitchenette area. The queen size bed was a little smaller and a little more firm than what weâre used to. We enjoyed sitting on the private patio area in the morning drinking our coffee. There are too many nearby restaurants, bars, activities within walking and short driving distance to mention.
Great location with soft sand, lovely beach directly across the street. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. Comfortable bed, clean appliances, good shower. Owner was easily assessable. A little hard to find apartments initially - no street number. We would recommend this unit, had a great, relaxing vacation.
Upon arrival we went right over to the quiet private beach that you access just across the street! Wow! what a way to spend your morning watching the sun peek its head up over the horizon. you also have end
less beachroad to ride your bike on. everyone in the area is either walking, jogging or biking along the beautiful slow traffic road. The Bungalows are cute and clean. there is a place for you to park also. The owner Gary and property manager Kara are on the property and will assist you in whatever you need. They are such nice people! the rooms are brightly colored and have everthing you need. i will recommend this key west style place to everyone. its all about Location Location, Location! and there is no better: the best restaurants, stores, parks, beaches. my husband and i will return !!!!
The bungalow was very comfortable and close to the beach. The AC worked great and the furnishings were well kept. Management and staff were very attentive and gracious. We will come back.
Intimate yet more than adequate. Loved the semi private patio. Kitchenette was small. A toaster oven might be a nice addition. The bed was hard for our taste but certainly is good quality. I wish a small TV had been provided just to stay on top of the news. No recycling which seems an oversight. An additional mirror in the main rooms would have been welcome. Over all, loved it though and would stay again.
We have rented cottages twice before from VRBO on Captiva Island. On both occasions, the cottages were substantially as described in the VRBO listing and accompanying photographs. Unfortunately, we are not able to say the same about the Juno Beach property.
The listing description say s âQuaint, Lushly Landscaped Juno Beach Bungalow. It also characterized the premises as âa private hideaway nestled in an enclave located, for those who want to be right by the oceanâ.
The actual premises consisted of one of eleven units across the street from the ocean with large condos blocking the view. The only access to the beach is a long steep walk that was impossible for us to do. (We are 77.)
In short, this property was not quaint, lushly landscaped, a private hideaway or right by the ocean. We expected more than the equivalent of a cheap motel.
Despite our positive experiences in the past, we will be hesitant to use VRBO in the future.
