The space

This beautiful penthouse is nestled in the middle of the jungle and includes an ocean view from the rooftop terrace and balcony.

The Kokonut building includes a service elevator and private parking spot for your comfort, 24 hour security, and access to a private beach and lagoon that is only 10 min walking distance.
Kitchen area is fully equipped. Rooftop terrace also has a private BBQ area, jacuzzi and sun beds.
The Penthouse has two master rooms, with private bathroom, Ocean view with a magical jungle energy , Perfect for family and couples.
Each bedroom has access to the balcony. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance for extra privacy as needed. Both bedrooms comes with a queen size bed and a relaxing sofa that can be converted into a kind size bed for an extra guest.

Other things to note:

Only the people who rented the Penthouse through on VRBO are the ones who are going to stay in the penthouse. Subletting to other people is not allowed.
The person or persons renting the Penthouse may not rent the place to other persons.

For long stays (28 nights or more) water, gas, internet and maintenance services are included. The electricity consumption is not included.
