Profitez du luxe de la vie moderne tout en recréant et de détente à Whitewater Ranch. Cette belle maison dispose de 6 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, buanderie, cuisine gastronomique et une salle sous-sol / de jeu en bas complet avec table de ping-pong. Certaines fonctionnalités supplémentaires de ce paradis de vacances sont: Riverfront pouces d'accès à l'extérieur du porche arrière, belle rivière en plein air d'un coin salon, un jacuzzi sur le pont arrière, terrain de basket, de l'herbe bien entretenu sur la pelouse arrière, fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le salon, et un plan d'étage spacieux pour accueillir des groupes plus importants.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size et terrasse privée soulevées. Les chambres 2e et 3e ont reines, 4 dispose d'un lit superposé et 2 lits jumeaux, 5ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, et le 6 a un lit double.

Great place for family.

Mountain Vacation

My family enjoyed this property. Beautiful location with the mountains and the river. My brother was very excited when he caught a rainbow trout in the river in front of the house.

Perfect Location!

We had the best stay in Durango in this gorgeous home surrounded by flowing water. It was seriously perfect. So relaxing. The home had ever needed and more. Our family of 11 was more than comfortable during our stay.

Durango Vacay

We had a family of 10 all over 18 and there was plenty of room. Great location for going to both Durango and Silverton. We white water rafted, rode horses, took a tour of Mesa Verde, rode the train to Silverton and rode the Jeep trails outside of Silverton. Great trip

Family summer vacation

We’ve been staying in vacation rentals for several years and I’ve have to say this was our family’s favorite. The location on the river and the full court basketball court gave the entire family plenty to do without leaving the property. We loved it. We’d definitely rent it again if we come back to Durango.

Great place for the whole family!

Great location along the Animas River. The yard was perfect for kids to run and play. Hot tub was a so nice for the cool evenings. Kitchen was great for making family dinners. Game room was a hit for the whole family! We will be back!

Large Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at this property! We especially enjoyed being by the river and used the fire pit nightly. The house was comfortable for the 10 of us and would have accommodated more people. Lori was very helpful and quickly available. We would rent this property again.

End of the year ski trip

This property was everything we imagined it would be, it had plenty of room for six adults and six kids ( ages 10-16 ). The house is conveniently located between Durango and Purgatory Ski resort so it was easy for us to get to the lifts when they opened as well as make the grocery runs into town. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful house.

The Happy Family House

We had the best time on this property. The kids loved the basement area and the yard was like heaven for running and playing. The adults had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect for the big meals we prepared each night. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children and everyone had plenty to do and plenty of room to do it in. We are already talking about coming back!

Excellent location.

Grounds and location were outstanding. House is in need of repairs and updating as well as a good cleaning. Home was spacious and well equipped but was uncomfortably warm due to lack of air-conditioning and fans.

The house is truly set up for a fantastic vacation; spacious, well equipped, beautiful setting, great location etc. I am hoping that you will return my call to get specifics on repairs needed that you mentioned. The home owner is diligent in keeping things in perfect working order and will fix any issues immediately. There are several ceiling fans as well as a portable fan located in each bedroom to keep the house cool. Durango has very cool nights and mornings and temperature is not an issue if you keep the windows open at night and close them in the morning. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. I have been in touch with house keeping regarding your comment. It is extremely important that we meet our guests expectations. WHAT A PLACE!

“Oh my goodness’” is what every member of my family said as we walked into this magnificent property! Such a beautiful location with our own private river in the back yard! Our excitement reached a new level as we opened a new door! And that kitchen!!! Wow! We cannot wait to get back to Durango, Colorado, and to use this property again!

Great location.

This was a great place. Like other reviews it's uncommonly warm in Colorado and not having air conditioning was a bummer. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty upon arrival and the bathroom and laundry lights didn't work. Other than those very minor issues we would stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

This property is amazing! This house was nice and spacious. We had 12 in our group and there is more than enough space in this house. The wood floors are beautiful, and the beds all comfortable. We only had one small issue while there and the management company responded very quickly. They are very nice people. We spent a lot of time outdoors at this property. The rivers were full and the lawn beautifully manicured. The kids loved the basketball court and game room downstairs. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious, well laid out and met our needs for accommodating grandparents, adults and 2 teen boys. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, flatwear, pots and pans as well as an outdoor gas grill. Everyone enjoyed the basketball court, we all enjoyed sitting by the Animus River during the day and after dinner. Because of its rural location, Wi-Fi was slow and sporadic which seemed to be related to internet traffic because it was great early in the morning. The hot tub was enjoyed by the adults.

Overall experience

Location is fantastic. Surroundings have beautiful scenery. Cleanliness in actual house was pathetic. Floors full of dust, mice poops,Bugs on top of beds and a dead mice in one of the rooms. Bed Sheets smelled really bad and upstairs house heater really doesn’t get to two rooms, so it gets very cold. Fireplace upstairs doesn’t work and we where not advised. Someone needs to supervise before guests check in if property mangers know that there are mice in area.

Admittedly, this rental did not go well. Late in the evening (10:30pm)of the first night, the guest let us know they found a mouse and mouse poop. We were advised to "come and clean this SH*T up" and the renter ended the string of texts by telling us to FU*K OFF. We immediately sent the housekeeping staff up the next day.  The mouse was found in a crawl space not a guest area. This home does get monthly pest control service as do all of our properties since we are in the mountains of Colorado.  We also brough up two space heaters for their comfort that same day. A single bug (box elder) was found. A walk through is done before guest arrival with a property inspection check list to ensure a spotless home upon guest in. Predictably, they were hard on the home and left quite a mess for the housekeeping team. Hopefully these guests will consider not only better language in the future but will stay in a hotel.

Nice house

This is a very nice property with one shortcoming if you rent it for the summer time. There is no AC which makes the interior heat up during the day to 80+ degrees. The house has a lot of fans but it doesn’t cool the house during the day. Other than that it’s a very nice house.

Can't wait to go back!

It was a great property for our large family. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out! Sitting next to the Anamias River is amazing especially in the cool morning with your coffee. We loved sitting in the hot tub in the cool evenings. Even with no AC the house was plenty cool in August. The house was close enough to downtown Durango and had everything we needed. I my suggestion would be to have a basketball that holds air. The kids played every night and had to air it up everyday. We had a few issues and they came out and fixed it immedialty. Great property we will be back.

So-So for this price point. House needs a good bit of work, but the location is amazing.

First let me start by saying the folks at Durango Colorado Vacations were top notch as always. We love working with them. We booked at the last minute and this was the only place available that would fit our crew at the time. Given that, it was a great get away with a great location. Unfortunately this home some upkeep issues or has been quite abuse by other guests. examples being broken doors/door hardware, broken windows/window frames and/or latches (letting cold air in), broken fireplaces. I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere for a place at this price. The WILLOWBROOK ESTATE, of instance, was in much better shape.

Missing this home and the river!

Our family loved gathering in this beautiful home for two weeks! We sure are missing the sounds of the Animas River, especially at night. Full moon over the eastern Hermosa mountains and cliffs was spectacular as we sat around the fire pit next to the river. The home is very spacious and everyone had plenty of private space. My husband and I are also missing the 'killer' master bathroom suite! The kitchen is very well-stocked (only wish the vent hood insert was operational, as the first couple of days were a little warm in southern Colorado). But we survived and did some great baking on the wonderful outside grill. The beds and linens were wonderful; we slept like rocks! Loved the outdoor space -- massive beautiful lawn for all sorts of games. We brought yard darts and croquet, but there were several outdoor games provided in the spacious garage. The enormous 'cool' basement is awesome and was a haven on the first warm day or two. The location is very convenient to Durango and Purgatory activities...golf, shopping, hiking, and our personal favorite: jeep rides in the beautiful San Juan Mountains! A very big THANKS to Jen from Durango Colorado Vacations...she was extraordinarily quick with responding to our questions and kindly provided a couple of items that we requested. We will definitely keep this home at the top of the list for another trip to the Rockies.

Great memories

The home was great and exactly as described. The location was great and the views were amazing seeing the snow, river, and mountains out the back door. There were a lot of great winter activities in the area for our enjoyment. We would definitely go back!!
