This roomy, open floor concept, two floor condo is perfect for a small family, or a few couples. It’s close to the beautiful sandy beaches, golfing, fishing, shopping and restaurants. This beach escape condo features a well-equipped full kitchen with center-island and dining table perfect for meals and family game time. The comfortable living area includes a big screen TV with Roku and Spectrum for streaming. For relaxing and barbequing, there is a private patio area complete with table, chairs and gas grill. You can also take advantage of the shared seasonal pool or tennis/basketball court just yards away.

Lovely Condo, Great Host

Two retired couples spending time in one of our favorite places. Dinners at our favorite restaurants and time spent relaxing and visiting with other friends. The condo was very adequately supplied and the grill and patio offered an opportunity for all of us to enjoy a July 4th cookout.The hosts stayed in regular contact to make sure there were no issues and that we didn’t need anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The place is in a great location, near bars, restaurants and shopping. Everything about the listing was 100% accurate and the owners were very responsive. We highly recommend this VRBO for your relaxing vacation.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean!! Nice kitchen. Private patio, quiet. Convenient to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was beautiful, clean and had very wonderful tables and chairs. The owners communicated information promptly. Check in was a breeze! We were very pleased with everything! Highly recommend!

Nice clean place, spacious, and in a good central location

It was a surprise trip for our grandbabies. They were happy with the pool and the beach. The drive to the beach was abit of a pain but that was my fault for not reading the description more carefully. We made it work and it was nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location, and you can't go wrong staying somewhere with pool access. Will look to stay here again upon our return to OBX.

The only negative on my stay is upstairs never got cool. I understand that the ac in the units are not the Best But I like to be cool when I sleep especially after being in sun all day

Comfortable and low key condo that is within easy driving distance of all OBX has to offer. Great communication with property manager for any needs.

Great Time

Easy access to area beaches, attractions, and shopping. Property was well kept and kitchen was stocked with non food items, which allowed us more time to relax. The property owners were friendly and informative. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good clean place that’s off the beach but still super close

Clean remodeled townhouse condo, older but kept up. The place seems to be mixed in with home owners that live there year round. Nice place to stay if you aren’t having to stay on the beach. Much more room then a hotel for about the same price. Full modern kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay here.

good family getaway

the house is very comfortable for a family, specially having two full bathrooms and a half bathroom downstairs. The host were available when we needed them and quickly to respond when we reached out. The location is good, but a car is needed to get to the beach as it's on the other side of a very busy avenue (but it's just a 3 minute drive). Kitty Hawk has great beach access and lot's of places to eat and shop.

Great place

Great to have 2.5 bathrooms! Makes clean up after the beach and getting ready in the morning go faster. Well stocked kitchen. Fluffy towels. Easy access to restaurants but very quiet neighborhood for peaceful sleep. Also our kids loved the pool, which was clean with lots of seating. We would drive to public beach access... was 1 traffic light from condo complex.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Lots of "little" stuff in case you forgot it like dishwashing pods and or fluid. Paper towles, salt and pepper. Things that help you keep your home away from home clean. Thank you!

Excellent Locale

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is not too far from beach access in Kitty Hawk. The neighborhood itself is cute and very quiet. The pool is a good size and is convenient to relax at. There is a tennis court that also doubles as a basketball court but we did not use it because we didn’t bring proper equipment but that is not the fault of anybody else. As for the property itself, it was large enough to house our family for the week. It was an added bonus to have a fully stocked kitchen and we enjoyed having dinner on the patio a few times as well as the view from the balcony in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We absolutely would come back to this location in the future. The property owners were very attentive to us and helped us if needed anything. Thank you!

Roach motel

Roaches roaches roaches. Upon check in there where 2 dead roaches right in the floor. Found a new 1 every day. Final straw is when my sister steped on a live 1 with her bare feet 1 night on the porch. We left 3 days early because of this.. everything else was fine. I get it its the beach but it was a little much hope they get this fixed. This was only problem with property

Tucked Away Getaway

I would give this property a 4.5 rating. We enjoyed our vacation and Lori and John were wonderful hosts. The welcome snacks and gift certificate we received were exceptional. The property met all our needs and made a good home base.
