The tree house gets its name from its location near the top of a mountainous, wooded location. The cabin has recently been completely renovated with all new flooring, furnishings, was freshly painted, and has new trim work and doors. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops and newer appliances. The main home offers two bedrooms and one bath and one half bath in the master. Outside is a well appointed cabin with one large room set up for a lounge/living area and additional sleeping quarters.

The driveway is steep, but paved and the view of the surrounding woods is peaceful and tranquil. For boaters, onsite boat and Jetski storage is at the bottom of the driveway. The yard includes a fire pit. The yard is a perfect place to pitch your tent for the night and see all the stars.

The property is located in Holiday Hills which provides excellent access to Raystown Lake and all of the amenities it offers. Fuel and lunch to go is conveniently located on the way to the lake. This location is very desirable for lake access. Families and guests enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, biking, and swimming. The Allegrippis Trail System provides some of the best mountain biking trails in the state.


Boat Access: Seven Points Marina is located about 10 minutes from door to dock with gas, food and ice on the way. The Aitch Boat Launch and Snyder's Run Boat Launch are also available nearby.

During winter months, 4wd may be required. Snowstorms may limit the availability to this mountainous property. The property is meticulously maintained.
