Belle maison privée dans un quartier calme sur l'eau libre à Marathon familial. Doté de 75 pieds de quai privé en eau profonde. Rampe de mise à l'eau publique à proximité (Dodge Lake).

Préparez vos repas dans notre nouvelle cuisine spacieuse ou visitez l'un des excellents restaurants de Marathon. Salles de bains et chambres récemment rénovées avec tous les nouveaux meubles!

À seulement quelques minutes du récif et de la pêche hauturière. Pas de longs trajets au ralenti à travers des canaux sinueux pour atteindre l'océan ouvert. Grande plongée sous-marine et pêche! À seulement 45 minutes de Key West. Marathon abrite le célèbre Dolphin Research Center et l'historique Pigeon Key.

Great spot

We had a great vacation and will try to stay again. The property is as advertised and has everything you really need. We enjoyed the pool and the fish cleaning station.

Location, Location, Location!

To me vacations are all about location. If you love the water and the easiest access to open water this house gets 5 stars. The location cannot be beat and the amenities are all there for a perfect vacation. I recommend this house for many reasons and you cannot pick a better location in the middle keys!

Very Nice Place

I loved this property! This place was very clean; not many places are as clean as I prefer. I loved the amenities. Quick access to the bay and vaca cut. The pool was great to get refreshed after a day on the boat. Definitely would stay here again.

This house & the view were amazing! We loved the upgraded bathrooms, new furnishings, & large deck!

We have stayed at this house twice now and it's definitely a place we have fallen in love with! The nice renovations have enhanced the charm of this lovely home. The scenic views from the large deck makes it feel like our own private oasis. Our family and our dogs definitely plan on returning to this comfortable, clean, and open concept home for another vacation in two years.

Marathon Paradise House

Property was wonderful. Dining table has sliding glass door with view of bay, facing west so the sunset is spectacular. House very comfortable, fell asleep every night on the sofa after a long day of fishing. Pool was great, waterfall very relaxing. Dock was spacious, plenty of water for wash off. Owner checked in on us since there was a tropical wave in the area. Overall, highest recommendations for this property and property management.

Wonderful stay and relaxing vacation

Upon entering we were impressed by the view, the cleanliness of the home, and the location was convenient to many restaurants and grocery store. Although the airport is nearby, it is not a distraction at all, in fact we enjoyed watching aircraft flying over while enjoying the pool! The pool was our oasis and the outdoor seating areas were wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked and organized with everything you would need to cook a meal! This was our first trip with our boat and the dock could not have been better, very adequate space for our 23 ft Key West. We loved every aspect of this home, we hope to be able to enjoy it again in the future! Thank you to the owner’s for providing such a great home away from home for us!

Amazing Week in paradise!

The house/property was just perfect for us. The house was very nice (newly remodeled) and had an amazing kitchen. The dock and yard worked perfectly for our boat and trailer. The pool was wonderful and the neighborhood was very quiet in a central location of Marathon. The owners responded quickly to everything and we had an amazing week! Thank you!!

Exceptional Vacation Rental

This was the BEST vacation home that we have ever stayed in. The views are of the water/ocean. No channels to maneuver to get to the ocean. The pool was perfect. The house is gorgeous and abundantly stocked with towels, spices, you name it! The owners are super nice and fast to respond to any questions. We spent the week boating and enjoying that beautiful paradise. It was absolutely perfect!

Great stay!

We had a fantastic time at this property! Right on the water, warm sun by day, cool breezes by night. The home was very clean, well apportioned, and very comfortable. The back yard of the house is the star with the excellent deck and patio, comfortable adirondack chairs, and a great pool! There were two minor issues during the stay and both times we had a response from the owner within 15 minutes that took care of the issue! Overall, you cannot go wrong this property!

Great way to spend Spring Break

We absolutely loved the house. It provided us with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The house was very close to the Turtle Hospital, The Dolphin Research Center, Bahia Honda and the 7 mile bridge. We loved walking the old historic 7 mi bridge at sunset. On the days we felt like leaving marathon and driving up to Key West it was an enjoyable car ride across the many keys and bridges.

Fabulous Family Vacation

What a wonderful home! Rod and Sandy were responsive and super easy to work with! The outdoor space was wonderful and we watched beautiful sunsets every evening. The kitchen was awesome - the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rental! The renovations and new furnishings made the house so comfortable - we didn't want to leave. Fabulous Vacation Home for Families and Friends

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Has all of the amenities of home and then some. Easy access to both the Bay and the Ocean. Great fishing and diving! Awesome sunsets, and wildlife (right at the dock or in the cove. Turtles, manatees, birds and fish). Loved the use of kayaks! Stay in for a home cooked meal or visit one of the many restaurants in the area. Our family really had a great vacation! We will definitely come again! Thanks again to Dr. and Mrs. Duncan for allowing us to stay in their lovely home!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in the keys this house was superb. Loved the amenities the kitchen was fully stocked the outdoor area was beautiful and the large living area was a plus. The owners were super helpful and answered any questions. The cleaning service was still finishing up the day of our arrival and Ms Beverly was so sweet and wanted to make sure we didn’t need anything else. She even came back to bring a roll of paper towels. We definitely will be back and are planning our family vacation at this rental for next summer. Would highly recommend this property 10/10.

Marathon Retreat Rental

Rod and Sandy's home is welcoming in every way- I usually travel with a giant plastic bin filled with everything from detergent and toilet paper to spices and my crock pot, WELL... this property has it all (even the crock pot!) which makes all the difference when you arrive to the rental. They have you ready to go allowing you to settle in and go to the market the next day... or the day after that ;). The house was very clean, organized and comfortable. The decor is beautiful, whimsical with all that FL Keys charm. You have a peek-a-boo view of the sunset but its a 3 minute run out the canal on the boat (or paddelboats) and the cove its in is peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Rod was great as well. Loved this home and hope to return again and again. Thank you Rod and Sandy.
