Perfect stay at High Tide

We had a great week at High Tide Beach house. Check in & check out were effortless and all questions answered quickly. Property was clean and just as described and pictured. We also appreciated being on a quieter, more residential, part of the beach but still close enough to drive a few minutes to restaurants, etc. Would stay again!

Amazing House & Stay

This house was perfect for our needs! It's spacious enough for our 7 guests that everyone felt like they had their own space. The house is right on the beach so you can walk out and enjoy the ocean and everything was beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to everything in town you need!

What an amazing property. High Tide is an absolute winner in every way. Great layout, great location, the beach is never crowded and the beds and home are comfortable and modern. Warren Beach Rentals was so helpful and a big thank you for recommending this home over another 30A home we were considering. I cannot stress enough how roomy and well laid out this house is, everyone had plenty of space. Just a great family home. The surrounding area is wonderful, clean, quiet, and low key. But, only about 5 miles to 30A and the madness therein. Or 5 miles to the East the kids loved Pier Park and all of the shops and movies there. Something for everyone. For me.. A beautiful, comfortable home on a quiet beach just soothed my soul. Cant wait to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great Property

Highly recommend this beach house. Our family of 6 adults with 5 kids (ages 1-9) had a blast! The beach is easily accessible. The house was clean and comfortable. Grocery not far away. Even though it was spring vacation this beach was pleasant and family friendly.

Fantastic House! Perfect Location!

We loved our week in this house. Key feature is that it’s right on the beach. The fact that it’s comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully-stocked will bring us back. We were concerned that being the middle of 3 homes could present some noise issues, but we were wrong. Well-built home, so that was a non-issue, even on NYE. We were there during a storm with a tornado warning and strong winds that had us up in the middle of the night, and the house handled it really well.

High Tide was a letdown for us. The view was great but the house had some major issues that seemed to have been there for a while. Moldy washer, broken shower handle, dirty floors, and a front door that wouldn't lock properly. Just to name a few.

Great Place

Property was great, only knock was that there were some regulatory items in the kitchen that were either missing or just not available. No oven Mits for handling hot pans, no bar tools at the bar area. Master Bathroom the door handles for the shower were almost coming off (would have fixed myself but didn't have any mini-Allen wrenches to tighten)

Fall getaway

Beautiful home with wonderful floor plan and beach decor. All furniture was comfortable for lounging. Privacy is an issue on decks due to proximity of neighbors. Downstairs slider did not lock and took two hands to operate. There was a massive buckle in the middle of floor downstairs. Distance to Rosemary and Panama City makes the location ideal. For the price point mattresses and bedding were lacking.

HIGHTIDE is absolutely beautiful!

I booked HIGHTIDE for my first Women's Retreat and is exactly like the pictures. It is spotless and Beautiful. I am an Interior Designer and every room was decorated perfectly. It is calming and has many beautiful details. The view is outstanding for sure! Warren Beach Rental was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple minor issues and they came over right away to help us. We couldn't figure out how to work the TVs. Nothing major. I will be booking there again in the future for another Women's Retreat.

Wonderful, spacious, beachfront house

Loved this 5 bedroom house. Plenty of room. House was clean & in working order. AC units cooled properly. House was well-stocked. Just a few steps from the deck to the beach! One drawback- The matching house, next door to us, was WAY too close. Of the 9 nights we stayed, that house next to us had 3 different clients. All except the last ones were great. Last tenants stayed outside on their back deck very late at night (just a few feet from ours), talking loudly. One night, they even turned on music, outside, at midnight. We could hear it from inside the master bedroom. We did have to say something to the other tenants, so we could sleep.

The house and beach were wonderful! highly recommend... i suggest renting a golf cart and driving down to the "pier" so fun! also dont book here on v r b o because they will charge you extra. if you book directly with war ren beach rentals it will save you money

Would stay again!

Great house! Clean and updated. Location is perfect. I’d recommend going into Rosemary beach for dinner and walking around. Short drive. House was awesome. Beach was clean and not crowded. Not really any beach equipment provided which is odd for a beach house rental, but we knew that ahead of time and brought tons of our own. Just a heads up! Would definitely stay here again!

High Tide is a great beach house!!

Awesome week at High Tide

Our group of two families had an awesome week at High Tide. The house was perfect and looked just as advertised. There were 10 of us (ages 20 and up) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being able to walk out the back door and within less than 100 steps, be on the beach. If you forgot, wanted or needed something, it was absolutely no big deal to go back up to the house for it. There were plenty of people on the beach, but we always had our spot right in front of the house and never felt crowded. It was perfect!! Mitch from Warren Beach Rentals was great to work with. Very responsive. We have stayed in 30A for years but I think we have found our new spot for the future!!! We LOVED the house and the beach!!!!

Absolutely Spectacular. The best location

We absolutely were blown away by this home. The photos are fantastic, but even that does not do this home justice. It is spectacular in every way. The layout is great for 2-3 families. The rooms are large, and the views are sweeping and awe inspiring. The area is low key, not crowded, and close to restaurants and fun. Thank you to the people at Warren Beach Rentals, They went out of their way to treat us like family and even referred us to a company that did a bonfire on the beach for us. Just incredible. We will be back summer 2023, count on it.
