This Spectacular Beachfront home truly is the very best of the West end of Panama City Beach!

Lovingly curated and meticulously decorated during its complete renovation in 2024! New flooring, paint, furniture, and bedding.

Low density, never crowded. Close to Rosemary Beach, Pier Park, and all of the fun that Panama City Beach and 30A offer.

This stunning beach home features both modern amenities and architectural character in a fantastic location. Everywhere you look, you'll find panoramic views of the water, multiple oversized balconies and endless summer days.

This luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bath home boasts an open-style floor plan with a large kitchen and living space, accommodating up to 16 guests (10 Adults maximum, families up to 16) The open floor plan adds to the beauty and space of this property, this allows families to interact while being in either the kitchen, dining, or living room! Beautiful views from the living room of the Gulf of Mexico, just step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the beach as your backyard!

The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a King sized bed and a massive kids rooms equipped with twin over double bunk bed w/ pull out bed & sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 6 children, a fantastic and roomy retreat!

Upstairs you'll find 3 more generous bedrooms. Bedroom one upstairs features two queen beds while bedroom two is beautifully decorated with a king sized bed.

The third bedroom upstairs is a spectacular Master Suite with a king sized bed, sitting area with and queen sized sleeper sofa! The master suite has access to its own private balcony with spectacular views and a luxury private bathroom!

Important: This is a NO GROUCH HOUSE. The High Tides beach house is for fun guests only. If you are hateful, rude, or just plain mean; rent somewhere else. We only want to deal with fun folks looking to enjoy their vacation!

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

Here are the rules:

NO PETS ALLOWED! If you are caught with pets in this unit you will be asked to leave without refund.

You must be at Least 30 to rent this home, the principal renter must occupy the house for the duration.

No college or party groups.

There are ring cameras at the entrance that are monitored to monitor occupancy and adherence to pet policies.

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping allowed.

There is an additional $1000 refundable damage deposit that is collected prior to check in and released after your stay provided the home is left in good condition and that house rules have been followed.

Fantastic House! Perfect Location!

We loved our week in this house. Key feature is that it’s right on the beach. The fact that it’s comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully-stocked will bring us back. We were concerned that being the middle of 3 homes could present some noise issues, but we were wrong. Well-built home, so that was a non-issue, even on NYE. We were there during a storm with a tornado warning and strong winds that had us up in the middle of the night, and the house handled it really well.

Amazing House & Stay

This house was perfect for our needs! It's spacious enough for our 7 guests that everyone felt like they had their own space. The house is right on the beach so you can walk out and enjoy the ocean and everything was beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to everything in town you need!

Great Place

Property was great, only knock was that there were some regulatory items in the kitchen that were either missing or just not available. No oven Mits for handling hot pans, no bar tools at the bar area. Master Bathroom the door handles for the shower were almost coming off (would have fixed myself but didn't have any mini-Allen wrenches to tighten)

HIGHTIDE is absolutely beautiful!

I booked HIGHTIDE for my first Women's Retreat and is exactly like the pictures. It is spotless and Beautiful. I am an Interior Designer and every room was decorated perfectly. It is calming and has many beautiful details. The view is outstanding for sure! Warren Beach Rental was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple minor issues and they came over right away to help us. We couldn't figure out how to work the TVs. Nothing major. I will be booking there again in the future for another Women's Retreat.

Wonderful, spacious, beachfront house

Loved this 5 bedroom house. Plenty of room. House was clean & in working order. AC units cooled properly. House was well-stocked. Just a few steps from the deck to the beach! One drawback- The matching house, next door to us, was WAY too close. Of the 9 nights we stayed, that house next to us had 3 different clients. All except the last ones were great. Last tenants stayed outside on their back deck very late at night (just a few feet from ours), talking loudly. One night, they even turned on music, outside, at midnight. We could hear it from inside the master bedroom. We did have to say something to the other tenants, so we could sleep.

Great Property

Highly recommend this beach house. Our family of 6 adults with 5 kids (ages 1-9) had a blast! The beach is easily accessible. The house was clean and comfortable. Grocery not far away. Even though it was spring vacation this beach was pleasant and family friendly.

The house and beach were wonderful! highly recommend... i suggest renting a golf cart and driving down to the "pier" so fun! also dont book here on v r b o because they will charge you extra. if you book directly with war ren beach rentals it will save you money

Would stay again!

Great house! Clean and updated. Location is perfect. I’d recommend going into Rosemary beach for dinner and walking around. Short drive. House was awesome. Beach was clean and not crowded. Not really any beach equipment provided which is odd for a beach house rental, but we knew that ahead of time and brought tons of our own. Just a heads up! Would definitely stay here again!

Fall getaway

Beautiful home with wonderful floor plan and beach decor. All furniture was comfortable for lounging. Privacy is an issue on decks due to proximity of neighbors. Downstairs slider did not lock and took two hands to operate. There was a massive buckle in the middle of floor downstairs. Distance to Rosemary and Panama City makes the location ideal. For the price point mattresses and bedding were lacking.

High Tide is a great beach house!!

Our group of six had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the beach is very quite. The house was better equipped than we planned, which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome week at High Tide

Our group of two families had an awesome week at High Tide. The house was perfect and looked just as advertised. There were 10 of us (ages 20 and up) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being able to walk out the back door and within less than 100 steps, be on the beach. If you forgot, wanted or needed something, it was absolutely no big deal to go back up to the house for it. There were plenty of people on the beach, but we always had our spot right in front of the house and never felt crowded. It was perfect!! Mitch from Warren Beach Rentals was great to work with. Very responsive. We have stayed in 30A for years but I think we have found our new spot for the future!!! We LOVED the house and the beach!!!!

Absolutely Spectacular. The best location

We absolutely were blown away by this home. The photos are fantastic, but even that does not do this home justice. It is spectacular in every way. The layout is great for 2-3 families. The rooms are large, and the views are sweeping and awe inspiring. The area is low key, not crowded, and close to restaurants and fun. Thank you to the people at Warren Beach Rentals, They went out of their way to treat us like family and even referred us to a company that did a bonfire on the beach for us. Just incredible. We will be back summer 2023, count on it.

Just cant say enough about the incredible experience working with Warren Beach Rentals and this spectacular home. The house is directly beach front and walking onto the sand is one of the best feelings ever!! The house is beautiful and looks brand new inside. The house was clean and comfortable and roomy for our group. You will not find a better company to rent from than the Warren Beach crew. They were so helpful, even helped our family get a yacht charter and find us great restaurants. Loved every minute. Thank you.

Fabulous multi generational vacation home with spectacular views

This magnificent home is perfectly located in the quiet west end of the beach with spectacular views of the ocean. Super easy access to the beach. The house is well appointed with anything you could need for your stay. It is obvious the owners have gone to great lengths. The floorplan is great for families- we had 10 people (5 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween and 1 child) and we’re very comfortable. There is a king room on the main, which is great for grandparents who don’t want to climb stairs and spacious kids bunk room. The wet bar with mini fridge is an added bonus. Upstairs the master is amazing! I never wanted to leave.Everything was current style and very neat and clean. I can’t wait to come back!

You won't be disappointed

We had the pleasure to stay in High Tide and our expectations were fully met. This beautiful home is everything the pictures show. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and this home passed the test. It was like we were in a brand new house. The location is in a quiet spot and the beach was not at all crowded. The bed in the giant master suite was comfortable and balcony the view is spectacular, in fact, we spend a lot of time on that. Dinah assisted us with everything and can't say enough of her helpfulness. We will definitely use Warren Beach Rentals again

My stay was just perfect! Check in and out was easy and the property was very clean. I had questions (grocery stores and directions) before I arrived at the property and when I called, they were helpful and more than glad to help me with this information.
