30A is blessed to have the opportunity to enjoy 4 great seasons all year. 30A is not a seasonal destination like a lot of small beach towns. It’s not only for Summertime here . You can enjoy local festivals. events & markets throughout the year. Not to mention our pristine white beaches. That never gets old .
The most amazing display that nature has to offer. Awaits right outside your door. You can explore the many miles of walkable footpaths. Without ever having to get in your car. You can choose to walk or bike the area with ease. On the Timpokee trail that runs parallel to 30A. Spanning close to 18 miles. Traveling through 16 unique & very different beach villages , passing rare dune lakes & state parks.
Step outside your daily life. And right outside your door at Coastal Comfort directly into the heart of our charming community and into Peddlers 30A. You won’t find any common department stores or high rises here. They have the largest selection of bikes on 30A. You can enjoy an array of groovy beach cruisers, provisions, and grab a drink from the bar. There’s live music to enjoy in our open air pavillon. Where we have quaint shops, variety of eateries & restaurants. You can sit back & relax by our cozy open firepit beside our dining area. Full of simple pleasures without ever leaving our community.
We have a large secured pool deck area. It’s for owners & guests only. There’s 2 pools. The deep pool is heated year round. There’s another oasis pool with a zero depth entry wading pool with a fountain. There’s also a hot tub. There’s facilities & WiFi for your convenience. There’s no lifeguard on duty . There’s several gas grills to Grill & Chill with your crew in the dining area. All located by our H building. Wristbands are required by everyone in this area.
It’s a short stroll or if you’d like to ride the tram to our beautiful private beach access. That’s located in the exclusive Sunset beach community. The Tram service picks up at the pool area. And transports directly to Sunset Beach access seasonally March 1- Oct 31 , 9-6pm CST There are no lifeguards on duty . And it tends to be more restrictive than our several public beach accesses in the area . There’s facilities available. We recommend during summer months making reservations for beach chairs well in advance through the conceige Dolce Vida. Which can be made directly through their website or at the beach. The Tram & the Sunset beach access require the armbands also.
Should you desire to visit one of the local public beach areas that’s very close by. There’s others choices. The closest is in Inlet beach right next door . You can choose to walk, bike or drive. There’s several to choose from . One does have a lifeguard during the summer from 9-5 CST. Some have showers & restrooms . Wheeled coolers, wagons, & beach canopies 10x10 are permitted there. Unlike the Sunset beach access.
To discover how walkable the area is . A few steps away in either direction is plenty to enjoy . Rosemary beach on one side . With its European vibe. Has fabulous restaurants, rooftop ambiance, art galleries, boutiques, farmers markets on Sundays, and local events . Open year round. The other direction & a short stroll away is picturesque Alys Beach . With restaurants & boutiques also.
30A offers a lot of dining options . Plenty of gulf-to-table food options seaside or bayside. I would recommend dining reservations. The wait can be quite lengthy at busy season.
If you’re seeking quality time with nature. You picked the right spot to visit. 30A is blessed by nature and will have you in awe of the incredible bounty of nature here. Grab a bike or your favorite shoes and head out on our ecospiring paths.
Adventure seekers have plenty of options to choose from. If you want to start your day early . Padding boarding in the misty morning may be just for you . Kayak/SUP can be launched directly from the beach or the shore of near by Lake Powell.
Inlet Beach, a short distance away, is known for its surf fishing right from the shore. It also has 1 of 4 snorkel reefs, Cobia reef, that promotes fish habitats along 30A.
If you find yourself needing some zen. The perfect place to go is the Pearl Spa at Rosemary beach. And add lunch at the pool afterwards.
To make an end to a perfect day . Light up your night with a bonfire or picnic right on the beach. Under a cotton Candy sunset. There’s many companies that can make this experience happen .
When you just want a relaxing stay. Coastal Comfort has you covered with complimentary high speed internet . TV in every room with streaming. Open ultra equipped kitchen to show off your culinary skills. A large dining table w/ plenty of seating and bar stools. A coffee bar/work space where simple pleasures can merge to create an ideal environment for productivity and relaxation. The combination of great coffee and a conducive work atmosphere sounds like a perfect blend for a productive day.

BUNKROOM: offering a custom designed /(by owner) oversized bunkroom that even adults can enjoy cause of the queen size. SECOND BEDROOM: with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
MASTER SUITE: Equipped with a king bed . You can rejuvenate & unwind in this striking , large spa-like bathroom with custom made double vanities.
We have supplied for 5* linens for you comfort.
PRIVATE BALCONY: You can relax while enjoying the unbeatable sunsets or just people watching while in the heart of everything.
There’s also a washer and dryer in unit.
Coastal comfort is located in the A building on the 2nd floor right on 3OA . There is elevator access & a luggage cart for your convenience.
The wristbands are for guest 13 year old & older . The are required for our community amentities. So be sure not to misplace them, because a replacement fee will be charged.
