The perfect home in paradise awaits!

The moment you arrive in the driveway it is easy to see why the owners named this house Línda Vista (Spanish for Beautiful View). The entire horizon overlooks Charlies Pasture and the Port Aransas Nature Preserve. You can spend each glowing evening on the deck or the pool patio enjoying the sounds of birds and wildlife. This brand new home was just finished in 2021. The family built it and you feel the love of each room as you come inside and head upstairs to the coastal oasis open concept main floor. You can see the nature preserve out any of the windows you look through! Head on down the hallway to the main floor laundry room, the bunk room and one other bedroom. If that isn't enough space, cruise upstairs to the game room with wet bar area another 1/2 bath and the master suite with deck that extends the entire length of the house.

Head on outside to play in your own private pool within the fenced yard. Enjoy our pool toys, or bring you own. There is no limit to the fun you can have at this house! Please note that currently there is no garage access.

Just down the road is the community center with 2 water slides, lap pool and toddler water area. If water isn't your thing, you play at the two parks- perfect for the kids. **3 minutes from miles and miles of Sandy Beaches for walking, biking, jogging, building sand castle, horseshoes, shelling, and the best sun bathing you can find. Also available nearby are beach rentals for surfing, sailboarding, jet skiing, and so many other ways to have fun . . . . . OR, just lay on the beach and relax!!

Perfect location

This home rates as one of the nicest we’ve enjoyed. General home: very clean! Comfortable. Good closet space. Kitchen: efficient, most amenities included, dishwasher did not clean very well, however it may have been our detergent choice. Beds: comfortable, nice linens. Baths: good; fluffy towels. Rental Company not at all intrusive but available always if needed. A few negatives: a “desk” type piece of furniture would be helpful located somewhere in the house. An occasional chair(s) on second floor in game room would be good place to sit. I realize we were here during the winter and stayed over eight weeks. Many of my negatives probably aren’t an issue if only staying a week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 + grandparents thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was new and fresh. Easy check-in and out. Nice views of the canal and preserve. The pool was fantastic especially since the beach had tar balls on it :( We ended up just chilling at the house instead of returning to the beach, which was a short drive r 25 minute walk away. Great wifi for a work call, too. They had plenty of toilet paper, but only a small container of dishwashing liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets. Would highly recommend!

This house was PERFECT!

It was so clean and with an open floor plan. There’s not any houses behind you to give you a little bit of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was amazing! We’ll definitely book this house again!

All rooms were clean and the home contained everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice, quiet location that was everything we could have wanted. We loved eating on the deck while watching the sunset and ships. It was a quick ride to the beach or our favorite ice cream stop. We have been to multiple vacation rentals, and this rental was the most organized with the best communication from property management. Even if this home isn't right for your needs; recommend staying with this company.

New Wave had it waiting for us in the driveway and it got us to the beach daily in just a few minutes!! We loved driving around Port A and shopping in it as well!

Beautiful, spacious and loved the pool!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda Vista. The house was beautiful and very clean. One of my cons would be that the beds sit up quiet high. I'm short, 5'2 so I had to literally jump into the bed. Also the bathroom counters were high. The kids couldn't reach the sink to wash hands and brush teeth. I would recommend the owners have a step stool for future families with little ones. The pool was a plus. It was so great to be able to just walk down stairs and jump in the pool when you didn't want to drive to the beach. There is no outdoor shower, instead there is hot/cold faucet to hook up a hose. We ended up using that to wash off our feet and legs as to not track sand inside. I loved that it had a washer/dryer. Coffee was great as well as the cute welcome gift left by New Wave mgmt. The management was nice and quick to respond as well. Another con was the credit card fee was so high. Overall this home was great, beautiful and spacious. My family loved it. We would stay here again.

Modern and clean, location would not be my first choice but it wasn't the end of the world. Please be aware you can book direct with the owners and avoid the scandalous fees. We had to pay nearly 150 bucks for credit card processing. Ridiculous

Another Day in Paradise

This home is absolutely stunning!!! The private pool and game room made our stay with the kids extra enjoyable. The numerous balconies allowed for adult time while still being able to watch over the kids in the pool below. The bay view with a nice cup of coffee in the morning was beautiful and I prefer being on the bay vs the beach because there is a lot less sand to contend with.

Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
