Convenient and so cozy! This spacious duplex unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a bonus sleeping space in an ideal location, close to trails, shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

It's in an established residential neighborhood that feels comfortable and warm, but only an 8 minute drive to the airport and 15 to downtown.

Features include a well equipped laundry area and kitchen, Smart TV's in each bedroom and the living space, and super fast WiFi. You'll enjoy our lovingly curated space as your home base for all that Anchorage and Alaska has to offer!

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first:

- This is a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation (extra nightly fee applied for more than 5 guests, accurate guest count required).
- Upstairs unit, stairs required to access.

The upstairs unit in a townhome style duplex, the space is about 1250 square feet, the bedrooms are large and airy, and the open concept living area is welcoming, warm, and bright. This unit is located in a fantastic area our guests love, with quick access to amenities like shopping, dining, coffee shops, the airport, hiking trails, and lots of other fun Anchorage landmarks. Arctic and Dimond are the nearest major cross streets.

First bedroom is a King Suite with attached full bathroom, and the second bedroom has 2 XL Twins that can also be made into a King, plus we have another Twin sized bed in the bonus space/loft and a portable Rollaway Twin bed if needed.

If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the high speed unlimited WiFi and large desk that make working remotely easy. The space also features plenty of parking. Please note that guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice, we do not offer cable.
