A large dining room easily seats six and the cozy living room consists of a large Roku smart tv with Spectrum wifi, a chofa lounge and 2 reclining chairs. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, sitting area and smart tv. The entryway has room to store your skis, boots and poles, hang coats and store your shoes. All of this 1200 square feet is easily accessed on the main floor.

The second floor has a sitting area in the hallway with a chess board at the window. The bedroom has a queen bed and 2 Queen Anne's chairs, dresser, armoire, smart TV and its own ensuite full bath.

A new furnace, water heater and baseboard heating complete a warm and cozy atmosphere. During summer months, window AC units installed in each bedroom and living and dining rooms help keep it cool and enjoyable.

Grab some firewood off the back porch and head over to the backyard fire pit with the S'mores kit. Need dinner first? Take advantage of the BBQ grill. The ambient string lighting allows you to enjoy these features well into the evenings. Perhaps you will hear a coyote howl in the distance.
