Welcome to The Everwoods A-Frame: A nordic, cozy, and beautiful cabin that boasts a large hot tub, breathtaking fire pit area, and private hiking trails on property!

The A-Frame sits on 10 acres of picturesque, private, and tree-filled land where you’ll be able to explore, unwind, and make lasting memories with family and friends in the heart of the Hocking Hills!

The A-Frame was custom designed and built, allowing for guests to experience a one-of-a-kind getaway. When walking into the cabin, you`ll be greeted by the incredible oversized windows on the front of the A: The best combination of a classic cozy a-frame cabin with a warm and modern twist. The A-Frame sleeps 8 guests:
-Two enclosed bedrooms including a king master and queen bedroom.
-One queen bed in the open loft, which offers privacy on its own level of the cabin. We provide an oscillating fan in tandem with our central AC as the loft stays warm in the summer months due to the triangular nature of the cabin.
-One queen bed in the nook area of the walk-out basement main living space.

There are three full bathrooms:
-One of each level of the A-Frame for maximum privacy and easy accessibility. The basement bathroom offers a tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bath and for kids to bathe.

Additional spaces and amenities to enjoy at the A-Frame:
--Our newest addition: A 6-person outdoor Scandinavian barrel sauna with a panoramic window viewing the lush forest behind the cabin.
-A gorgeous kitchen stocked with basic kitchenwares and a coffee bar including a Nespresso, pour over, 12 cup pot coffee, and instant-hot tea kettle with assorted Nespresso pods, ground coffee, teas, creamer, and sugar.
-A dedicated dining space with seating for 6, along with 2 counter stools at the kitchen island
-An al fresco dining space for 8 + Kenmore propane grill on the main level deck
-Office space in the loft with a desk and task chair (the perfect setup for a work-from-cabin stay!)
-A vintage Malm electric fireplace and cozy couch to relax on.
-A large entertainment space in the walk-out basement area where you`ll find a 65` smart tv, board games, and a built-in custom pub/bar area allowing all guests to enjoy their time together. Sling TV is provided. Note: You are welcome to log into any of your personal streaming services during your stay as well, but please be aware that our Starlink high speed Wi-Fi capabilities can be limited due to our rural location.
-Three separate outdoor decks as well as private hot tub, propane grill, conversation areas and fire pit.
-Access to 10 acres of private hiking trails on property.
-Cruelty-free/vegan/gluten free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion.)
-Luxe and allergy free bedding and linens.
-Private parking.
-PS: There is a secret fort area for kids to enjoy inside the A-Frame!
Please note that we cannot provide firewood, but there are many places to purchase firewood bundles nearby!

We are thrilled to offer some amazing optional add-on services through our partner vendors during your stay: Whether you`re looking for an in-cabin personal chef for a special meal, meal prep or trail provisions for you and your group, in-cabin massage services, photography session, or shuttle service for a winery or brewery tour, we are happy to connect you with our esteemed partners to coordinate. Note that these services are available at an additional cost and subject to partner availability.

A-Frame access: We created this cabin for you and your group to relax and enjoy, so please make yourselves at home! Guests will have access to the full cabin and 10 acre property. We ask that A-Frame guests respect the privacy of the Lodge guests which is located on the adjacent side of the property. There are shared hiking trails between the two cabins. Inside the cabin, guests will have access to all spaces minus the locked owner`s closet. There is a large gravel parking area directly outside of the cabin. We strongly recommend 4-wheel drive due to the grade of the driveway (especially in the winter months.)

A-Frame location: The A-Frame is conveniently located near everything the Hocking Hills region has to offer: Whether you plan to lounge around, hike, canoe, horseback ride, zipline, tour wineries, or attend one of the many festivals hosted in the area, the A-Frame is a perfect home-base. There is so much beauty and so many sites to see: We would be happy to help make recommendations for your stay!

Other information to note: We love the modern, cozy comfort of The Everwoods A-Frame. It allows us to unplug from our busy and sometimes chaotic day to day life. The A-Frame is truly a home away from home, but is not totally without quirks. We are on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. In addition, we are on well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in. Some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay.

We are thrilled to offer Starlink satellite internet, the premier high speed Wi-Fi system setup in our cabin. Even so, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is sometimes spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay.

We professionally treat for pests seasonally, however, on occasion they do find their way into the cabin. Such is life in the woods!

We are a husband and wife duo who care very much about our guests and ensuring you have a wonderful stay with us. We are available during your time at The Everwoods to answer questions or help in any way!
-We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
-Despite being animal lovers, we do not permit pets - no exceptions.
-The cabin is a non-smoking property, which includes both inside and outside of the property and includes tobacco, natural, and vaping.
-Parties/large events are not allowed at the cabin. No glitter or confetti, please!
-We utilize a Ring doorbell and trail cameras on our hiking trails. We use these for the safety of our guests and of our cabins. They will not be monitored aside from check-in during your stay unless an issue arises. Covering or disabling either of these devices in any way is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above house rules are broken, guest agrees to pay any additional cleaning or damage charges.
