Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches in the south without breaking the bank. We are offering this season our updated one bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure. Great amenities and great location. Across the street from the beach so it's close enough to walk to everything! You will not find a better deal for the location and amenities at Surfside. Surfside is a family beach. our condo is perfect for 2 adults. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except service animals at this time.

Great location and super cute place. Walkable to a ton of restaurants and the pier which is great! Close to a beach access also! Highly recommend!!

Perfect location!

Condo was just as described and the location was PERFECT! Walking distance to beach and restaurants and a short golf cart ride to GC pier. Definitely would stay again!

Loved the place! Bars, restaurants, beach, pier all within a 3 minute walk from the unit. I'll be back next year!

My husband and I’s stay was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The rental was as described and perfect for the both of us. It included everything we needed and was in a great location to the beach, restaurants, and all that Surfside had to offer. We would definitely return for another stay!

Loved our stay!

It’s a great little place to stay in an excellent location! The pictures are very accurate. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a few more towels and washcloths.

Great location

We had a wonderful time across the street from the beach. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. A short walk to the beach and some local restaurants. The price was fair and the place was decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location

My husband and I were bringing our daughter back to school and decided to make a vacation out of it. The condo has all you need. The beach is right across the street, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. This is our second time here and will stay again. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Thank you.

Great location and family friendly area. The condo was clean and comfortable. Could use some updates but decorated very nice. Bathroom and kitchen are very small. We had a great time and loved how close we were to the beach and many restaurants only a short walk away

Move in weekend for college...

PERFECT!!! The location of the property was great, walk right across the street to the beach.. Then down the block to all the restaurants and bars. Not too big, not too small, it had everything we needed amd wanted! I will definitely book this property in the future! Host was very informative and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Our overall impression of the property is Good! For us, the condo was just too small. We are golfers and as such our "closet space' was just too small to accommodate our golf clothing and & clothing. It was our fault for not really exploring the size of the condo. A full door at the bedroom would be nice. We loved being so close to the ocean. We would walk it on the days we weren't playing golf. Also, the opening of the new pier was an additional plus! The other occupants in this condo were very friendly and helpful on where to go on our vacation. We enjoyed our time at Surf Side.

I am no stranger to hosting travelers as I was a travel manager and meeting planer for over 30 years before retiring from that part of my business life. Larry is a manager at a large leadership training organization in Greensboro, NC where we live. We also have owned rental homes in Greensboro that we rented to large corporations like Honda Jet, etc.. for many years as well as vacation property rentals all over the country. We also love traveling with VRBO because it is truly a home away from home experience. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location of this condo is ideal. You are right at the beach with a side beach view from the deck. The nice thing we love about our unit is it is on raised first floor so you are off the ground but only a few steps to the front door and to the beach!! Our deck is on the side of Ocean Drive so you can sit on the deck and enjoy the view or privacy because you have a little of both. We renovated and decorated to bring the beach feeling inside and out. Hope you love it like we do!!
