Enjoy a weekend filled with activities around BM Village where you can walk right over to all of the action!
The space
Park your car in front of the unit and take a look at the mountains before heading inside your luxury suite. Professionally styled by a local designer, this executive condo boasts an abundance of natural light and carefully selected décor to create an atmosphere of ultimate relaxation. This unit is perfectly positioned to promote a nature-inspired stay that hosts all of your at-home conveniences. You're never far from an incredible sight with mountain views for your evening sunset cocktail or stunning sunrise coffee over the famed Monterra Golf Course in your backyard. Bring the whole family or invite your friends, as this place comfortably accommodates 12 guests.
Kitchen
Whether the kitchen is just used to heat your morning coffee or prepare a breakfast feast before taking on the day, you’ll love the convenience it offers with its intentional design that allows you to stay part of the action. Don’t worry about bringing your favourite kettle; all appliances, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Even better - make use of the dishwasher to spend more time experiencing and less time cleaning.
Living Room
Relax on the oversized, comfortable L-shaped sofa while sunlight pours in through the windows, overlooking the lush landscape of the golf course. Cool evenings are made cozy with the fireplace while you catch up on conversation or have a movie night-in on the flat-screen TV. When the bars and thriving restaurants close, or you’re feeling a more intimate setting, delight in the pull-up bar at home where you can keep the energy going.
Bedrooms
This unit comfortably sleeps 12 with 3 generously sized bedrooms. On the main floor, this bedroom allows guests to wake up with beautiful mountain views or curl up with a book by the window. With a Single over Double bunk bed as well as a single trundle bed underneath, you can have 3 guests stay on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with a large King Bed dressed with stylish décor and featuring a private walk-out balcony. You’ll also benefit from the private 4 piece ensuite and sauna access. Across the hallway is the third bedroom that hosts another Single over Double bunk bed with a single trundle bed underneath. There are two Queen pull-out sofa's.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
