With windows facing every direction from ocean to sound, the open concept third level is where you’ll find the kitchen, great room, and a formal dining space. The well-equipped kitchen includes a six-seat breakfast bar and opens to the great room and an expansive deck with a spectacular, unobstructed view and a variety of seating options for your whole crew. For your convenience, there is a half-bath on this level.
Outside living includes a covered, ground-level hot tub, a guest storage area with beach chairs and toys, a fish cleaning station, and two cottage-chic outdoor shower/changing areas. Gather on the rooftop crow’s nest with built-in bench seating to capture those spectacular Hatteras Island sunsets. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
