The suite includes the following: Large 24ft by 17ft vaulted ceiling bedroom with a kitchenette, dining table, dresser, couch, and patio entrance. 21ft by 20ft grand bathroom with a separate vintage bath tub room, large standing shower, double vanity, and a large master 10ft by 7ft closet. The suite shares an interior wall with the house, however there is no ability to enter from the main house. Use of the patio is private to this suite. The kitchenette is not suitable for cooking large meals and only includes a microwave as a heating element.

**Parking is limited - only includes one guaranteed parking spot. If you need two parking spots it must be requested in advance**

This is an upstairs suite and there are people that stay below. You won't hear noise from the downstairs unit, but they can hear foot steps if there is running or jumping. We ask guests to be considerate of foot noise.
