Ocean City awaits at this colorful and unique home just a couple of blocks away from the beach! The colorful tropical bar in the garage makes this home stands out from the crowd with classic surf-themed decor and all the appliances needed to prepare the most delicious tropical juices and cocktails, including drinkware, a blender, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Seating options abound with an inviting sofa and plenty of high stools. This is definitely the best place to gather and hang out with your loved ones while enjoying tasty cocktails, juices, and snacks!

The rest of the home offers a more classic ambiance with an inviting living room with a smart TV with Roku, a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances (dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker included), and a four-person dining table. Four additional spots can be found at the breakfast bar. Add a bit of spice to your meals thanks to the gas grill available. The home's back deck offers a nice spot for meals alfresco. The outdoor shower offers an additional perk - it's perfect to rinse off the sand if you decide to go to the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
