We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!

Susan is always a pleasure to speak with and always answering her phone anytime I call her. The many times I have stayed at the Binnekill has always been very pleasant. The rooms are always very clean and stocked with all my needs. Recommend highly.

Weekend Getaway for Mtn Jam

Such a wonderful place to stay in every way! Sue was a terrific host too. The place was spacious, clean, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved walking nextdoor for delicious coffee and croissants in the mornings. Highly recommend

Wonderful place for a weekend

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend to ski at Belleayre. The place was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Parking is super easy with a huge lot available and a grocery store is just around the corner. This is our new go-to place when skiing at Belleayre, I can only recommend.

Close to wedding venue

Nice place for a quick stay at an affordable price. No frills but in a good location. Sleeping arrangement and futon could be better. Its tge o ly thing that would keep me from returning.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was great and very clean. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. The creek and small park behind the apartment were nice for sitting outside and watching the ducks. The tavern behind us was convenient and they close early so noise was not a concern. Highly recommend this as a great alternative to a hotel. Lots of hiking areas close by. Susan was amazing to work with as well!

Cute Apartment - Sleep and Ski!

Stayed here with my mom and daughter to go skiing. Sue (the owner) was super friendly and responsive. She quickly answered any questions and concerns. The apartment was well kept, neat and super cute- located right downtown near little shops and tavern to eat. Skiing was just 15 minutes away. 2 twin beds were very comfortable, Futon was OK (good enough for a quick stay-) I would love to come return !

Everything was perfect. A beautiful apartment that was clean, plenty of towels, hairdryer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot. Extras provided: coffee, filters, snack, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper. No need to buy or carry. Neighborhood is lovely, walkable to dining and grocery store. Skiing and hiking close by car. Management available for questions via phone or email. Planning to return multiple times over the winter and summer. Parking may be difficult in snowy weather.

Excellent with some glitches

I would definitely return to this location - the property manager is fantastic! Kept in touch with us and was constantly available. The loft where the beds are located has low wooden ceiling beams so one of the beds was un usable for us - who wants to worry about bumping your head all the time. One of us slept on the convertible futon/sofa - not comfortable. Also, the towel rack in the bathroom was barely connected and collapsed on the second day - ultimately minor.

A great find in Margaretville!

We were very happy with our stay in Apt. #1. The apartment was clean and neat, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed having the 2 couches for relaxing on and being able to prepare and cook our meals in the kitchen was a bonus. Fresh Market grocery store is in walking distance. Sue was very easy to communicate with and our checkin process was easy. Staying at the Binnekill Views worked out great for us as we were doing several hikes in the area and this allowed us easy access to the trails without having to travel hours to hike them. We would certainly stay here again!

Lovely and convenient

The apartment is conveniently located in the center of a lovely little town. Walkable distance to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and shops. A variety of hiking trails within 20min driving. We also went to an antiques auction nearby and did the Rail Explorer in Phoenicia. There was everything we need in the apartment itself, even bottled water and snacks! The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.

This was such a great place for my parents to stay. They were able to access the conveniences of downtown Margaretville easily. The apartment itself was so clean and cute - it was just right! Thank you to the host for making it simple from start to finish.

I have been Hosting exclusively for Binnekill Getaway Apartments since 2018, I love where I live and I enjoy hosting and making my guests feel welcome and feel comfortable to reach out if they have any questions about the area or the Apartments.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a Unique property that sits on the Binnekill Stream in the Heart of Margaretville Village, it has a mix of apartments and retail spaces. The apartments are perfect for a Getaway in the Catskills or for those that don't want or need an entire house rental and still want more than a motel, The apartments are cozy, and clean and I enjoy making my guests feel welcome.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The Apartments are located in the Village of Margaretville just on the edge of the Forever Wild Catskills Park with 700,000 acres of land for you to explore. We are close to two ski mountains, Bellaryre and Plattekill Mountains with Windham and Hunter about 45 minutes away, We are centrally located to hiking, fishing, hunting, shopping, restaurants, cafes, wedding venues, and all that the Beautiful Catskills has to offer.

You can even come to stay with us and not need a car, you can walk to all the basic amenities, hiking trails and the river are a short walk away and the Trailways bus drops you off a mile away!
