The house was nicely appointed and clean. It served as a great base camp for our adventures and the owners provided very good, friendly communication.

Great place for our family of 5, especially for the price. Nice quiet neighborhood, great hub for our adventures around Kanab.

Kanab Getaway

What a great trip! House was very comfy, clean, short drive to town, and short distance to a bunch of fun adventures! Hosts were also very friendly and communicative! Will stay again when traveling to back to Utah!

Plenty of room.

Nice size with a good layout and the house is stocked plentiful with the things to make you feel at home, plus, it's a great location to access outdoor adventures!

A great base camp for southern Utah!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this rental! Property was exactly as described and host communication was excellent. It might be the most “considerate” rental I have ever stayed in. Everything I could have possibly needed was provided and there were welcome binders of local restaurants, attractions, etc. the fenced in backyard with a grassy area was the icing on the cake for my pup! Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience in one of my favorite towns

We stayed for four nights and everything was super. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The veranda was excellent for dinner. The mule deer walking through the neighborhood were an added bonus! And after a long day, the large screen TV and comfy seats were extremely relaxing. Highly recommend.

National Parks trip

Everything was perfect, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever ever. Would recommend this property to anyone. Kanab is a wonderful town with very good restaurants and the people are very friendly. This was our base camp as we visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. It was nice to have a soft place to land every night. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Furious about not getting our rental!!! It was very difficult with our pet finding another location

We couldn’t get in, as the property was already occupied… we are going to get a complete refund from VRBO! We tried reaching the owner to get checkin instructions for several days prior, and he never responded. Only once at the property, the other renters gave us his phone number to call the owner.

There were several problems with this booking, I have addressed them with VRBO. I also did my best to help her find a place to stay, I can't apologize enough for this, and I hope Nancy can forgive us. 1. Nancy was caught in the middle of the purchase of this property, it was in transition to us when she booked, this is not an excuse just a matter of circumstances. 2. When I setup my account, I had my contact info on my account with both email and text, VRBO never sent me any messages and that has since been fixed. 3. The calendar linking VRBO with other booking websites was not updating, VRBO has looked into it and not told me why it was not working as of yet. I am very sorry for this, and it will not happen in the future should you choose to book with us again. 4. I would have been nice if VRBO had a on-baording call like other sites do, maybe the contact info may not have been missed or would have been working.

House was lovely and really well equipped for all our needs. Seems the spa bath and outside string lights need some attention. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
