Great Time

House is a bit dated but, owner makes up for it in many ways. Love the layout, great for multi-families. Beds are really comfortable! Location was prefect for skiing and Great Views of the Lake. Owner provides many amenities that most houses do not. It is great when you have the simple things and don't have to keep running to the store. We had 3 small families, 12 people and the house had Lots of room. All 3 families said they would rent house again.

Family vacation

The house, pool and lake were amazing! Lake was close so grandkids could fish while we watched from deck. We stayed 5 days and family caught and released 142 fish, best experience we have had ever. Everyone enjoyed the pool and games in the basement. Minor issue with deck sliding door handle making it difficult to open/close, but I am sure that will get fixed. Easy to communicate with host. Will keep this as a favorite for a possible stay again.Thank you!

We have stayed here several times and it only gets better teach time. The check-in was smooth and the facilities are great. What can be better than a private pool for swimming AND a lake for boating and fishing!!

Worked well

Plenty of room, plenty of towels and life jackets for all ages. Loved the big table for family meals and games but the bench seating was a little bit of a struggle for all ages. (Minor issue). Host was an excellent communicator with minimal response times. It fit our family well.

Great place for families

This place is exactly as pictured very clean easy check in great location. We had a total of 11 4 adults and 7 children ages 1 to 14. The property was well stocked with toys, portable crib high chair lots of toys for kids infant to teens. The kids were never bored lots of space. Host provides everything pool towels, life preserve in all sizes, pool toys, kayaks two gas grills welcome snacks, mosquito repellent, sun screen, even a pair of binoculars. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood comfortable beds well stocked kitchen and grill tools.

Great Accomodations

This was the perfect place for our family of 13 with ages ranging ftp from 7 to 94! The pool, fussball, air hockey, and kayaks were all huge hits with the kids. Being able to gather on the deck for happy hours was so enjoyable with great views of pool and lake! The beds were very comfortable!

So much fun!

We had a wonderful time! The little’s loved the air hockey and ALL the toys! Went kayaking and had so much fun in the pool! This is a very well stocked and large home! The beds were super comfy!! Thanks Tricia for responding so quickly to any messages!!

Wonderful house with great views!

We enjoyed this house thoroughly. It is beautiful, very clean, very well stocked and has great views of the lake from most rooms! Very spacious house.

Nice place!

Very clean! Plenty of linens. The beds were amazing!!! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. Would have liked some spices to cook with. But, overall great place to stay.

Beautiful

Beautiful home on the lake. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. We have lots of kids and they definitely enjoyed it. The pool, the lake and the view were amazing. Closest big store is about 20 mins away but the drive in all the greenery is definitely a refresher. With that being said there are lots of bugs and mosquitos so that’s something to keep in mind and be prepared for. Other than that we enjoyed our time and the beautiful view.

Beautiful Views of Lake

This house has a great location right on the water and beautiful deck with pool. Our family enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. The house provided so many towels for pool and bathroom. A huge plus! We never could figure out how to get the kayaks in the water, but found that the house was a quick drive to Lake Michigan and enjoyed kayaking in South Haven. The area has everything you need for a family gathering. Thank you for opening your house to us.

Lake visit

13 members of our family had the opportunity to stay at The Lake House. My wife and I as well as our children and grandchildren were included. The house was very clean and spacious. We had room to be together but time to be separate when we wanted. The pool, the lake, the kayaks, and all the games gave us plenty to do. Only a half hour from all the beaches when we wanted to go. Tricia contacted us to make sure everything was ok. Very nice 5 days.

Fun and Relaxing

We had a great time at this place. Highly recommend to any one looking for a refreshing getaway around south haven/Allegan area.
