Spacious Lake Allegan Home - Lakefront, Pool, and Views

Enjoy beautiful lake views from nearly every room on 200’ of Lake Allegan lakefront. Spacious house, over 3000 square feet, with 2 full kitchens and game room. Lake Allegan is approximately 1600 acres, great for boating or fishing. 4 king beds, 1 twin/twin bunk, 1 single, and 4 air mattresses. Approximately 2/3 acre with 2 boat docks, fire pit, 2 tandem kayaks, cornhole, yardzee and more are provided for guest use. Private pool open Memorial Day - Labor Day!

The upper level features a full well stocked kitchen, sunroom, living and dining. Open concept with lake views from all common spaces. The three upstairs bedrooms are generously sized and each is equipped with a king bed. The primary suite has a small on-suite bathroom and there is a larger bathroom for the other two bedrooms. Stackable washer/dryer for guest use.

The lower level features another full kitchen, living room/game room, 1 king bed, twin bunk beds, a single bed, and 4 queen air mattresses plus full bathroom. Please note you must pass thru “bedroom 5” with the single bed to get to kitchen and other downstairs beds. These rooms do not have doors or closets. Located only 2.5 hours from Chicago or Detroit, this property is a perfect relaxing escape. Enjoy the beautiful views from the multiple decks or sun room, head out to one of our two docks to cast a fishing line, or bring your boat/rent a boat to take full advantage of the lake. Lake Allegan is an all sports lake perfect for all your boating adventures. There are 2 rental companies that do drop off boat rentals for our lake (no affiliation with us - book in advance).

While there is plenty to keep you busy at the property, you may wish to explore the nearby beach towns of South Haven, Saugatuck, or Holland (each ~30 minutes away). Kalamazoo (~30 min) is the home of Bell's Brewery while Grand Rapids (~45 min) is home to Founders. For the wine lovers, there are a number of great wineries to explore. Don't forget about fresh blueberries in the summer, apple picking in the fall, and skiing/snowboarding at Bittersweet or Timber Ridge in the winter (each ~20 min). Downtown Allegan is only a 6 minute drive away.

Use of kayaks, pool, lake, bunk beds, and any exercise equipment is at your own use. Garage, shed, unfinished basement space, and owner's closet are currently used for storage and are not accessible to guests. These areas will not be accessed during your stay. Lawn service and pool service may be performed during guest stay. Keyless entry/doorbell cameras.
