The propane BBQ grill is located on the screened patio. Guests may refill the propane tank at any local gas station.

Towels & Linens:
We provide bedding for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, and bath mats for each guest.

Trash & Recycling:
Two bins are provided inside (trash and recycling), and large outdoor bins are located beside the garage. Please follow the local schedule for bin placement on collection nights.

Parking:
Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. One garage space available. Short-term street parking is allowed nearby. Oversized vehicles must fit fully on the property; RVs, boats, or trailers are not allowed otherwise.

Events & Neighborhood Etiquette:
The home is in a peaceful, residential area. Small daytime gatherings may be approved in advance. No loud parties or music. Quiet hours are 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.

If you hate roaches, lizards, the sound of roosters, broke equipment, not having tvs in every bedroom, no full body mirror, running out of toilet paper and no bathroom door on the bathroom in the primary room, staying on an extremely busy street with little to no time to back into the driveway before a car hit you. I strongly suggest you don’t book this place. This house has roach motel’s in several places in the home and we saw a few roaches crawling around the house and a ton of lizards hanging outside. You have to make your own water because the water dispenser doesn’t work on the refrigerator neither the ice maker. They purchased an ice maker to make up for the one that’s broke on the refrigerator, but it was extremely dirty inside of it. If you’re traveling with children who still like to watch television in their rooms this isn’t the place for you. There’s 2 tvs on this property one in the living room and one outside on the patio. There are no tvs in the bedrooms and the bathroom in the primary room has a curtain up as a door, so there’s no privacy because you can still see in the bathroom with the curtain being up. That bathroom definitely needs a door! Full body mirrors are an necessity when traveling with teens and young adults so I have no clue why this property didn’t have one. If you’re from a city that don’t have roosters you won’t like that either because the rooster comes out in the morning & evening making noise for hours. No plans to rent again.

We enjoyed out stay, had plenty of yard space to walk our dogs and overall everything was great, but a couple of things to note: My friend lost her earring and we looked all-over the bedroom and later she found it in her suitcase attached to her shirt. It was very dirty under the bed, behind the night stands and dresser. One of the plastic wine glasses was cracked. The whole set should be replaced, because they are very worn. The code for the door lock-box was very sticky and took several tries to get in.

Lack luster property with responsive host

Chose this property for a 1 night stay after a Disney Cruise. Convenient location to MCO but it was dirty and had cockroaches likely from the expired sugar for the cotton candy machine which had not been cleaned. Several sheets and baseboards were not clean and/or moldy. Saving grace was the host was very responsive and promised to address all of the above. Thankfully we flew out the next day.

Disney Stay

We had a great time staying in FL. I would recommend that the bathroom near the rear of the house be slightly upgraded as there was mold present on the grout, the bathroom attached to the master bedroom shower line had mold at the bottom. We had seen a couple of roaches and reached out to the owner and did get a timely response. The cotton candy machine was broken and under repair. The hammock outside was broken. I would also recommend the carpet being replaced as it was noticeably old. I would rate this stay as a 5 out of 10.

Very accommodating host

Held a party of 20 people, host was gracious with parking and flexibility. Gave very clear and reasonable guidance on the rules for the party.Information in the listing slightly conflicting for guidance provided in messages after booking, but again host recognized discrepancies and accommodated.

Comforting

Beautiful home, family friendly, comforting, and most importantly smoothing process. I was able to check in easily and check out easily, the home was very beautiful very organized they labeled the kitchen cabinets to be able to locate items. Everything was amazing felt like home honestly.

Clean and Comfortable

Away with pups

The advertising is exactly what it says. It’s only about twenty minutes away from the main extractions in Orlando. The outside area is nice and it was great for our dogs. Plenty of space for everyone. And there was great communication with the owner.

Wonderful Property

The house was great, and we really enjoyed the patio space. The location is a good distance from downtown Orlando and convenient to restaurants and stores in Kissimmee. We were very pleased with our stay!

Exactly as listed

Thomas was very accommodating and quick to get back to me whenever I had questions (and even checked in with me a day after I checked in to make sure all was well) there was everything from board games, utensils, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, basically anything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. I had a positive experience.

Spacious House

The house was very nice and clean. Lots of space and the outside was well kept. The location is in a good area but it is right on a busy road so be careful parking or try to back in to the driveway. The only complaint I have is that the sprinklers system made a whistling noise at 6am in two of the rooms and with me and two others being light sleepers we couldn’t go back to bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. If you have any girls with makeup on ensure to bring your own towels since they have white towels only and if stained you will have to pay incidental. Overall had a good experience and Thomas was very good at communicating with me through the app. I would recommend staying here especially if you have a large group of friends (we had 8 people sleep over and 10 people over during evening).

Good Location!

The house was in a nice location with easy access to the theme parks and had a lot of room for everyone. The house was in a nice neighborhood and the check in process was easy. I did notice that the property needed some repairs and looked more worn than the photos but overall it was a positive experience and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy and the check In process was very smooth!
