This home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on an air mattress. Spend time together in one of our two living rooms watching movies, playing pool, or playing cards or retreat to one of our decks where you can take in Lake Avalon's most beautiful views!

Located in beautiful Bella Vista, you are a 3 minute drive to Tanyard Creek to hike to our most beautiful waterfall. Grab your golf clubs and head out to one of Bella Vista's 5 golf courses or grab a bucket of balls at Tanyard Creek's driving range.

Mountain Bikers...you'll be thrilled to know that you are a 4 minute bike ride to the trail access for Little Sugar's Tunnel Vision - some of the BEST of the OZ Trail System. When you're not riding, store your bikes in the garage. One bay is reserved for our guests during their stay.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you will never be at a loss of what to do during your stay with us at Double Down.

A pet fee of $25/night/pet up to 2 dogs (NO CATS or other animals please) will be charged.

**POOL DISCLAIMER**
We do our best to make sure the pool is available at all times during the season; however there are times due to things out if our control such as weather and mechanical issues that the pool may need to be shocked or treated and may need to close for up to 24hours.
