Il s'agit d'un appartement entièrement équipé dans une résidence 5 étoiles de luxe dans la belle Mellieha / Malte.
C'est une résidence privée avec sa propre administration et sécurité.
Vous allez l'adorer.
L'appartement vient d'être rénové et a environ 200 mètres carrés. Il y a une chambre principale avec salle de bain en suite. De plus, vous avez deux chambres à coucher qui partagent une salle de bain. Vous avez une belle entrée / hall, un grand salon et une salle à manger avec cuisine moderne intégrée. La terrasse est située à côté de la piscine avec une vue sur la baie de Mellieha. Amusez-vous!

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment with a lot of space, utilities, swimming pool, etc, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is located pretty near from everything, specially near the sand beaches and the ferriy to Blue lagoon and Gozo Island.

We were a group of six people and had a realy good time in the apartment. The apartment is realy big and new and you have almost everything you need there. The communication with the host was excellent and they were all really nice. We had a realy nice vacation there ans enjoyed our stay in Malta.

Stunning apartment

Our first time in Malta and it didn't disappoint. Modern, stylish and very spacious apartment with balcony on the ground floor. Close to restaurants and about 15 mins walk to main beach. That said we drove to the smaller beaches because of preference. The pool is a great addition although barely used during our stay. There are strict pool rules so worth checking those out to determine if they suit you and your party. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment was perfectly appointed and in a brilliant location right by the sea. All the rooms have air conditioning and are spacious and modern. The pool was huge and sparkling and during the two weeks we were there, there was never more than a handful of people using it at the same time. The apartment has its own garage which means you get into a lovely cool car- very underrated! The sea is really close by and Mellieha Bay is largely sheltered- and the little bathing coves along the road by the apartment are lovely places to go for a quick sea dip. Joe, who met us and showed us around, was kind and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Mellieha is a fantastic base from which to explore the islands- we have been going there for 10 years. I would highly recommend Walter's apartment and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht und darüber hinaus. Im Kühlschrank war sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk.

Très bel appartement contemporain et confortable

Très bel appartement . Spacieux et fonctionnel. Les équipements à disposition étaient en nombre suffisant et très diversifiés. L’accueil de Joe était très chaleureux et n’a pas manqué de nous donner des conseils touristiques. Des délicates attentions nous attendaient à l’arrivée (Prosecco offert ainsi que des aménités). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement cette location.

Sehr schöne, großzügige und modern eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Mellieha sehr genossen: tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, fußläufig Restaurants, ein kleiner Minimarkt und der schöne Sandstrand. Man ist auch schnell an anderen Stränden, auf Gozo oder auch in den Touristenorten an der Ostküste. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und schnell, Joe hatte auch viele Tipps parat.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, the property was very clean and spacious, even better than the photos, we found Joe and Walter to be incredibly accommodating and went that extra mile. Would definitely recommend. Lovely area and location also. We have two young children and the set up worked well. Pool and outside clean and well kept.

Fantastisches Appartement! Auch beim zweiten Mal alles top!

Wie versprochen kamen wir wieder! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 12 und 14 Jahre zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement. Wir wurden wieder sehr herzlich von Joe empfangen und haben uns über das Welcome-Package im Kühlschrank an einem Sonntag sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist auch auf den zweiten Blick traumhaft schön. Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist einfach alles da! Die Lage ist top und der Pool vor der Tür einfach genial. Die Garage ist gerade im Hochsommer Gold wert. Trotz der Covid Pandemie haben wir uns in Malta sehr sicher gefühlt, da auf Hygiene und Schutz geachtet wird. Ich möchte mich auch bei Walter bedanken, wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon!

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen

Wir (5 Erwachsene) haben insgesamt 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sehr fürsorglich. Da wir Malta in den Wintermonaten besucht haben, konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen. Er machte jedoch einen gepflegten Eindruck. Weitere Einschränkungen bestehen in den Wintermonaten nicht.

Einfach alles perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles sauber, alles da, wie zuhause. Die Lage perfekt - zu Fuß zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und ins Restaurant, der Pool direkt vor der Tür, meist für uns allein. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Und wer einen Mietwagen hat fährt ganz bequem in die Garage. Der Empfang durch Joe war sehr herzlich, obwohl er so lange auf uns warten musste, da wir uns durch eine Straßensperrung total verfahren hatten. Er hat uns dann telefonisch gelotst. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Bei Ankunft waren sogar bereits Getränke und Snacks im Kühlschrank. Auch der Check-out - ganz problemlos. Alles einfach perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

Modern apartment, Quite area, near to the best Malta beach, plenty to do and see.

1st want to thank host and Joe! Very good, modern and stylish renovated flat. There is all you need, kitchen is full of equipment and tableware (some of it we had no time to use😊). Furniture and appliance looks new. Airconditioning is in all rooms and functions well. One dining table in the living room and one in the middle of the flat with table for 6 people. Flat is situated in quite complex with shared swimming pools and garage belonging to the apparent. There is security and area/garden is clean and well done. It is only 10min walk to bus stop and Mellieha beach (the longest and in my opinion best beach in Malta). There is small sand beach opposite direction to main beach in distance of 5 min walk. Worth to go for 1 day is Papeye Village witch is in 30min walking distance or 1 buss stop, taxify is 5EUR. Comino Ferries to BlueLagun is 20min by buss. On evening you can take taxify to city of Millieha to restaurant and sightseeing and after walk back down the hill back. It is possible to take day tour by boat going from Mellieha beach near Starbucks for 13EUR/person. Just opposite the Tas-Sellum is best coast fishing area, as Malta Aquarium stuff told, so if you like fishing take a chance. If you like hiking take 2-3 hours tour following the coast to Imgiebah Bay and if you manage to De Redin tower. All in all the area is quite and good for children and relaxing vacation without of party and city noise. Plenty to see and do. Host is supper friendly and helpful: we had all information before hand and he was always ready to assist, answers on messages came in about an hour. Next time on Malta will take same apartment.

Fantastisch appartement op een toplocatie!

Een ontzettend mooi, ruim, super schoon en modern appartment met alle (echt alle) voorzieningen die je kunt bedenken, en een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de zee! Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie: op loopafstand van het strand (10 min.) en diverse restaurants en een mini supermarkt. Mellieha ligt in het noorden van Malta en is daardoor ook een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Gozo (met de ferry) en Comino (Blue Lagoon, etc.). Dit appartment is een absolute aanrader!!!! Ook het contact met Walter voorafgaande aan het verblijf en het warme ontvangst en de 'zorgen' van Joe en Leonard tijdens het verblijf maken het feest compleet ;-)
