Phase One of the complex was completed in 2007. My work at the time, required extensive travel and living abroad, so for a decade, the apartment served primarily as a vacation home. However, in 2017, I made the decision to market the apartment as a short-term vacation rental, offering families the opportunity to enjoy its magnificent views, peace, and comfort. I opted for short-term rentals because I still like on a regular basis to spend time in the apartment, oversee any maintenance, and most importantly, create cherished memories with my son, his family and play with my grandchildren in the pool.

Welcome to Tas-Sellum Residence, a tranquil residential neighbourhood. The complex is built for luxurious comfort, children safety, security and suitable for handicapped persons. The apartment is located just 45-minute drive from the airport.

Our guests can relax in the large, outdoor non-heated pool, measuring 12m x 17m, or take a refreshing dip in the sea with direct access through a set of steps near the pool area. For those seeking a classic beach experience, Mellieha Bay beach is just 15 minutes. It's an ideal destination for families and water sports lovers, with warm, calm, nearly current-free, shallow waters that are perfect for everyone to enjoy safely.

From canoeing and windsurfing to water-skiing, snorkeling, and kite surfing, Mellieha Bay beach offers endless possibilities for water activities. Even during peak times, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax on the beach or in the sea.

With access to the sea, the lovely Mellieha Bay beach, and an array of water activities, there's no better place to relax, unwind, and create lifelong memories.

Perched on a series of hills to the north-west of the island, Mellieha enjoys an elevated maritime position, surrounded on three sides by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, providing magnificent views all around. Mellieha is surrounded by beautiful fertile valleys, all offering excellent country walks, especially from autumn until springtime.
