The Rosmarin Apartments are located in an extremely attractive area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the picturesque old town. This newly built house offers two modern and comfortable apartments.
Apartment Rosmarin °1 is situated on the ground floor and features a private garden, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an exclusive private pool (3.20 m x 5.30 m x 1.50 m), which is reserved solely for the guests of the ground-floor apartment.

The apartment consists of one double bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (130 cm x 190 cm), suitable for one person. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay, including an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment, on the terrace or balcony.
