Three King Master Bedrooms all on Separate Floors; 7 Total Bedrooms
This home built in 1938 has lots of charm but modern conveniences from a 2022 rehab and is centrally located, in the St. Matthewâs neighborhood. It boasts three masters, all on different floors with king beds. The remaining two bedrooms include two full beds, a twin, a nursery/office with a crib, and a living room couch pull-out with a queen memory foam mattress. There are 3.5 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. It has a private, covered back porch with a fire feature and driveway parking pad that can park 4 cars off the street with additional street parking. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to multiple restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Itâs a 12-min drive to downtown Louisville and 15-min. drive to Churchill Downs and UofL stadium. The master in the basement is a 1,000 square foot studio suite, with a king bed, living room with a five-seater couch and large TV, coffee bar, full bath with wet sauna spa, and laundry room, perfect for privacy for an additional family/couple to stay.
What a great place to stay! Great location close to downtown Louisville. Plenty of sleeping options for my 5 friends. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend this place for your bourbon trail experience.
House is super super cozy! Was decorated very nice with Christmas warmth as well. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy parking and access to everything!
The house was spotless, and the location to everything was fantastic . This place is a gem! The host was extremely responsive and the house had everything we needed.
Super cute house in a great area. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. There was a small miscommunication regarding how many bedrooms there were, but she immediately recognized the error and corrected it. 10/10!
The house is beautifully decorated and it had all the amenities we needed! We had multiple married couples in our group and each had a large room with extremely comfortable beds. There are 3 levels in the home, so know youâll be climbing stairs. We were in town for our sonâs wedding and we were able to have small groups of extended family come by to visit in the living areas and on the back porch. We also were able to host a breakfast and place to get ready for our sonâs groomsmen. The host kindly provided extra tables and clothing racks for our groomsmen, which was very thoughtful. The location had a nearby Target and Kroger which made shopping a breeze and many in our group took walks in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this property!
The entire house was beautiful. It had everything we needed and really felt like home. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the back porch. Catherine was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It was close to downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs. I would definitely rent again.
