Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this home. The location was perfect for our trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed how easy it was to access everything around town. The home fit us perfectly, and all of the amenities were awesome!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. There was something sticky on the floor of the up stairs living floor and something sticky on the table under the tv in the same living room. Also the kitchen and main living for this house is upstairs. We were not aware of that and wouldn’t have stayed here if we had due to my mom having double hip replacement 8 and 10 months ago. Besides those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay here. We really enjoyed mornings on the patio having coffee. We did have to deal with the management company upon arriving due to not being able to get into the garage but they were absolutely amazing and came right over to fix the issue. This is a nice place to stay.

We do apologize for the sticky spots you encountered upstairs. That is not the standard we aim for, and we will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the layout, the listing does note that the main living area and kitchen are located upstairs, but we understand how that setup may not be ideal for all guests, especially with mobility considerations. First and foremost, the rental agency was very kind anf helpful. They allowed us to get into the property a few hours before check in time.

Great for our Family!

Property was incredibly clean and well stocked. Plenty of comfy beds and TVs in all the rooms. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. So great to be able to do laundry while we were there. Property is very well maintained. We rented a golf cart from the management company and it was so convenient to have it delivered to the property. We have been to Port A over 20 times and this was one of the best properties we've stayed at. Highly recommend!

Amazing Amenities

This unit was in a perfect location, right on the middle of the towns attractions. The mgmt team even delivered our golf cart prior to our arrival. Just be prepared to bring Everything…including salt & pepper…and maybe your own coffee maker. But other than that this place was amazing!

As I've come to expect from New Wave, everything was super clean and ready for our stay. The only hiccup was that this place has a gas grill, and I had to replace the tank that was empty.
