The house was not only located on Charming Way but was charming in its own right! It was the perfect location to the community pool and the beach! The golf cart was an excellent addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

30A is the place to stay!

House was perfect for 6 of us. We loved the property and the location. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach. Restaurants we enjoyed were within a few miles. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay at the Charming Grouper

The home itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for the entire family. Having beach chairs, a wagon and other beach supplies made it so much easier to pack. Our interaction with Coastal Blue Vacation Rentals was fast and easy. Having the use of the golf cart was a bonus and one we found fun for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Access to the beach was an easy walk or ride away. I would love to stay here again!

PERFECT ADULT GETAWAY!

This lovely home was the perfect adult getaway! The house was stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal. Not that we used anything but 1 pot to make tea. It was nicely decorated too!! The owners of this house really wants its renters to be happy!!!! The golf cart was the added bonus that made us decide on this property!!! Perfect for going to beach and supper at night. It was the nicest golf cart that we have every got when at 30A!!

Golf cart was so, so useful in getting us to the beach, pool, shopping, and restaurants! Only moved our car for occasional groceries. The property managers responded immediately to questions and were very helpful!! The ONLY negative is not enough parking for golfcarts/cars at the beach entrances and parking cars at all the houses in the neighborhood is tight.

Great house and fun vacation!

We had a great time in the Dune Allen beach area. The Charming Grouper is a great house in good (new like) condition. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the house. The beach is walkable from the house but the golf cart made it very easy and fast to get there. The other great thing is the house comes with chairs and other beach essentials to make the experience convenient and fun. The only challenge is that the house faces west causing the temperature to rise in the afternoon to 78 but then cool back off by morning. It was manageable for us and wouldn't prevent us from booking in the future.

It offers many conveniences made our stay more comfortable such as beach chairs, outdoor shower, golf cart, etc. this is by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Already looking to book this place in the future. Beach access was very close and was not overly crowded. We were able to set up beach chairs every morning with no issues! You will love this place. 10/10 recommend!!!
