âą Sleeping Area: 1 queen bed overlooking the city with large windows, 1 pull out queen sofa with mattress topper.
The room has plenty of storage space in the closet, and bright accent colors and artwork add to the overall style of this unit. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so itâs convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large, tiled shower with glass doors, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

This studio loft features an open kitchen/living area, where youâll find a comfy pull out sofa (queen), coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a breakfast nook with two stools.
Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and four oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

The deposit is refunded within 5â7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). âą All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. âą All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
âą Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.

Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
âą This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
âą Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
âą Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
