Riverfront lodge with private fishing dock ~ Near Greers Ferry Lake

** 3 bedroom 2 bath house

Perfect home for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with your family and friends! Fully furnished. The master suite boasts a King sized bed with a view, a unique sitting area with ceiling to floor windows and a panoramic view of the river including a small coffee/tea bar, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, off of the second bedroom is a bonus room with two queen beds. This room has a sliding glass door that goes directly outside to a huge front yard. The living room is furnished with a reclining sofa and love seat along with a flat-screen TV and WiFi, a gas fireplace and ceiling to floor windows for a perfect view of the river. A large dining table, large coffee bar and a drawer full of games for family fun and a desk if needed for work . The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Outside you can enjoy our new riverfront fire pit and stone patio with plenty of seating for the whole family. Our new private dock is a great place to relax and enjoy premier-class trout fishing or community walk-in fishing area. Attached to the house is a carport to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine.

Awesome Vacation!

Overall I have to give this property a 10 out of 10! The kids loved fishing, playing twister, making smores and just hanging out! The adults played cards, fished and just hung out and relaxed! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean! I would stay here again if given the chance!

Riverside Family Weekend

Beautiful home. Guys fished, we enjoyed an evening by the fire. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a big family dinner. Can’t wait to come back and bring some more family next time. About 30 minute drive to visit our Harding student.

Weekend Getaway

We wanted a great relaxing weekend to end the summer. Some of our group went kayaking while others of us relaxed on the dock and did some fishing. House was super clean and were so happy with everything the house had to offer. Great sitting area outside and the coffee bar was a big hit with the adults. Check in was easy and Karen provided all the information we needed for a great weekend. Definitely want to come back.

Pleasant Surprise - Exceeded expectations!

This could not be a more perfect house! It was truly home away from home. Beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in, house was stocked with more than just the basics on towels and toiletries. Fishing was great while the water was low and calm. So much more than we expected. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend.

Perfect combo of rustic and luxury

The property is beautiful, cozy and has everything you could ever imagine needing while on the river and in the home. We fished, kayaked, cooked on the Traeger, made s’mores (provided!) and enjoyed coffee in the master suite each morning. We have three teens and there was never a bored moment. The beds are cozy. Our last morning the river was foggy and beautiful! Thank you for amazing memories.

4th of July Family Vacation

The house was very clean and just as described. There was a well stocked coffee bar, s'mores, and plenty of firewood. The outside space was amazing-a beautiful stone patio with a hammock, seating area, firepit with chairs, gas grill and charcoal grill. Fishing was just steps away from house and down a ramp. The dock had sustained some damage but was usable even though it didn't have a roof. Luckily we were able to use the covered dock next door. ***I would highly recommend***

Perfect place to get away.

We truly loved our stay at the riverfront lodge. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was perfect and everything that we could possibly need was provided. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this one was really top notch. It is obvious that the hosts wish for guests to feel truly at home. The beds, the linens, towels etc were high quality. All the cooking utensils we needed, spices and even very sharp knives which we can never find in a VRBO! We normally bring our own from home. We played games under the carport and under the roof dock on the day that it rained. Coffee in the am and beer in the pm on the dock with the fog rolling in was the best way to start and end a day. We loved that we could bring our pups. There are really zero negatives! We will be back soon!!

Shady +Peaceful +Scenery= Relaxing

This is a nice place to just relax and unwind, especially if you live in a busy city like we do. We did not catch a lot of trout but we were there to celebrate a birthday of a family member and to go out on nearby Greer's Ferry Lake. The lodge is very nicely furnished and the hosts were great at communicating with us. The only negative was the listing says "sleeps 9", so we were looking for 9 beds of some sort and there were only 4 beds. So one person had to sleep on a blow-up bed. It was no big deal for our high school senior grandson to do that. He was fine with it, but if it had been another older adult it might've been more tricky! We loved the big, covered outdoor spaces and since the weather was nearly perfect, we sat outside to visit in the evenings. around the fire pit. The solid wall of floor length windows facing the river was an awesome view. Loved staying here.

Family vacation

Beautiful property. We booked for our annual family vacation and the property exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk down to the private dock and fish with the granddaughters and just hang out. The hostess was easy to work with and very accommodating. There was a smaller cabin on the same property that we hope to book this fall.

Wonderful Weekend

The outside space is to die for. My family and I spent much of our time out in the patio watching the river or fishing off the dock. The home was beautiful and had an awesome coffee bar. My two year old son and pups had lots of space to run off their energy. The house has a short fence keeping my two year old son from going down to the river which gave me peace of mind. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Truly a wonderful place!

What a great rental. In almost 20 years of vrboing this by far was our best experience. Karen was excellent on communication before and during our stay. She contacted us prior to our stay to inform us of some storm damage that had just happened to work out a plan of either rescheduling or discounting our stay plus arranged with her other guests in neighboring house to share their fishing dock on property. The house was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need and absolutely perfect for our family. The outside area was so nice even in 100 degree weather you were shaded and could visit. The views from the comfort of the couch or sitting chairs in master bedroom were also phenomenal especially for bird watching. Our dog couldn't stop squirrel watching. Location was also great. Pangburn was only 8 minutes away for groceries, local pizzaria and a couple of restaurants. When fishing wasn't happening we were 15-20 minutes away from a boat rental on Greers Ferry which our boys loved. We caught the new Jurassic movie at the Gem theater in Heber Springs 15 minutes away. Had some great familytime bowling 20 minutes away in Searcy. We can't wait to return next year.

We highly recommend staying at this cabin on the Little Red River. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very communicative and friendly. We loved the outdoor spaces for relaxing!

Originally from Arkansas but, life took me to Texas for the past 27 years while raising my children and running my business there. Coming full circle and back in Arkansas managing properties and working alongside my brother in his farming operation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is an extra special property to our family as it has brought many moments of peace, rest and family fun! We have enjoyed many nights around the fire pit after a exciting day of fishing and kayaking. Our favorite way to start the day is bird watching and watching the river run outside the large glass windows while enjoying our morning coffee. It is hard to leave that special place. Not to mention, the beds are super comfortable so its a perfect place to get away from the stresses of life and recharge.
