Nestled in a private gated community is a 3 bedroom 2 bath chalet to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Walking distance to pool/playground. We are located within 25 minutes of Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari indoor Water Park, H2O, Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours, Pinchot Forest, Boulder Field, Hickory Run State Park and more.

Arrowhead lake has 3 pools, 4 beaches, 4 playgrounds, rental shack which lets you rent Canoes, Kayaks and Paddleboards, and Bikes. They also have a clubhouse.



REGISTRATION:
**IMPORTANT – MUST READ**
-Fees are set by the community; we cannot waive or discount them.
-After booking, we will request registration information - guest names, number of children, and car info.
-All fees must be **paid at least 3 days before arrival**
-The community does **not** accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 2 day prior to arrival.

COMMUNITY HOA FEES (Mandatory, not included in booking price)
-Temporary Membership (Children under 6 free)
-In Season (May24 - Sept 2):$8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
-Off Season (Sept 3 - May 23):$2/person/day
--Gate Pass $20
--Administration fee $20/stay
--HOA late fee $100 applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival.
--The community does **not** accept registration, payments or changes made less than 2 days prior to arrival.

**COMMUNITY AMENITIES**
Membership grants access to:
- Pools, lakes, and beaches
- Playgrounds and sport courts
- Community Lodge: fireplaces, library, fitness room, game rooms, banquet hall
-Temporary Membership is a mandatory community access fee, not an amenity fee. It must be paid whether amenities are open, available, or used. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Other amenities may close due to staffing, weather, or maintenance—please check availability.

**TRASH RULES**
-Remove all trash from the house upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife. Trash Center is in the community; address is in the Guidebook.

PLEASE NOTE: These are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead. These fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid separate. Fees must be paid at least 3 days before arrival.
