This cozy space is a downstairs unit of a 4plex located in the Fairview Neighborhood. You'll be able to kick your shoes off and relax, with easy travel from the airport (less than 15 minute drive), just 5 minutes from downtown, and quick access to the highway to go North or South out of town. And after spending your days adventuring around our beautiful state, this space is great for getting a relaxing night in.
The house was very quaint and homey. The beds were extremely comfortable and the host was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!
Our host was very gracious with offering to help with anything we needed. The property was very comfortable and clean and well supplied with everything needed. I would stay again.
5 of us stayed after a day skiing at Alyeska and backcountry skiing. It was a great size, nice and open living room to hang out in. Very clean and neat!
I have been in touch with your traveler care team about a full refund. I sent pictures to describe the horrible conditions at this location.
Never again will I book a place with you in an unfamiliar area.

Expensive for the Location and Quality of the Apartment
The place had a smell to it -- combination of heavy duty cleaning products and a faint cat smell - hard to say. The apartment was warm so I opened some windows and the screens did not fully cover the windows. When I went to use the dryer, it was filled with clean sheets. For the price, I was expecting something a little more decent. The neighborhood wasn't so great but on a positive, it was located near a park with amazing walking, running and biking paths.
The host cancelled my night 6 hrs before we arrived
My self and 2 other friends were coming up to Alaska for a fishing trip and 6 hours before we arrived the host cancelled our 1 night stay. Had to rush and call around to many hotels just to find somewhere to stay. Very bad service.
It was a nice stay. Enjoyed everything. Would have liked to get the code earlier because we had limited cell service. Other than that it was as expected and would stay there again.
At the end of the street (Juneau Drive) you'll find Eastchester Park (part of the Chester Creek Greenbelt Park), which gives you direct access to the Chester Creek Trail (www.alaska.org/detail/chester-creek-trail). A 4-mile long path that runs from Westchester Lagoon to Goose Lake - a flat, paved trail perfect for a morning run, stroll or bike ride that brings you through our city's greenbelt and intersects with the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail if you're looking to cover more distance or get more photo-ops (www.alaska.org/detail/tony-knowles-coastal-trail?query=53619ba7cccfb25778d07f7a0ab1d216&id=13397).
We have free parking in front of the building. Your spot is on the left and the unit is #3, left on the bottom floor. You have self check-in using our keypad and we'll send you your unique access code the day of your arrival. If you have a pet or kiddos coming with you, make use of fenced back yard too!
