The Space:

The two-story apartment building features 4 apartments with private entrances, and a total of 10 bedrooms for up to 28 guests!

Apartment 1 features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a queen and a twin bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests. 1 full and one half bathroom.

Apartment 2 features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed, the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins in total), and a queen bedroom on the first floor, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 guests. 2 full bathrooms.

Apartment 3 features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed, the other with a full and a twin bed, and a queen bedroom on the first floor, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests. 2 full bathrooms.

Apartment 4 features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with 1 queen bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. 1 full and one half bathroom.

Each apartment deck has some seating and a bbq grill for your use.

Guest Access:

Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home.

Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Guest Guide will be sent upon completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a small neighborhood in the rural Williamstown area, just a couple miles off interstate 75, on the outskirts of downtown Williamstown.

The popular Ark Encounter attraction is only about 2.5 miles away! You are also close to Williamstown Lake, and only a 45-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and the Creation Museum, and a 1 hour drive to Lexington, KY!



Getting Around:

Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best option in this beautiful, rural area of Kentucky.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Interaction with Guests:

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
