The entire guest suite will be yours. Please make yourself at home! Please note that there is a main house on the property and it is owner-occupied and they have dogs on the premises. The guest suite is located above the owner’s garage, and you may hear the garage door opening or closing.

Step into the charming dining area, perfect for intimate meals or setting up your laptop for remote work. The kitchenette is equipped with essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, sink, toaster, and mini fridge. For cooking, we provide a hot plate with pots and pans. Please note, while well-equipped, this is not a full kitchen and lacks a dishwasher or oven.

There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

Security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the entry and alleyway. There are no cameras inside the property.
