This is an awesome, super-comfortable condominium. Available April 20th. Located in one of the most charming neighborhoods of LA, a 10 minute drive to the studios, and a 4 minute walk to Franklin Village with cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as Gelson’s market. All the conveniences of Hollywood are around the corner. The unit is light and airy, with an open floorplan. Giant master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. There is a rowing-machine for those inclined to exercise. There is also a high top office table with chair. Guest bedroom/office has desks and a sofa bed with an extra foam mattress for comfort, large closet, and has its own bathroom with shower. The spacious living room has hardwood floors, wrap-around balcony and is equipped with a 65” TV. There is a DVD player with hundreds of films. A convenient guest bathroom is located in the hallway. The kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils and cooking-ware are included. Central air and heat. There are two tandem parking spaces in the gated underground garage. On top of the building is a communal seating area with lounges around a fire pit, a dining table, and wide views of LA all the way to Downtown. Washer and dryer in unit. All linens are included.
