The East Side Vibe - Spacious Home in Great Location

Welcome to the East Side Vibe! This sleek and savvy brand new build has a cool modern style that's equal parts stylish and cozy! It's the perfect combination of sophisticated modern design and the ambience of home. The tiered levels provide a unique aesthetic in addition to an incredibly functional layout, suiting all of your guests' needs and then some. This gorgeous rental checks all the right boxes, including it's central location to Nashville's greatest hotspots of East Nashville, Downtown and more!

Layout:
This beautiful home has three gorgeous levels. The first level has one bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed and a full bed. Head up the adjacent stairs to utilize the full bathroom right at the top! The second level is the main level of the home and hosts the living space, kitchen space, and dining area. Head up to the third level for two more bathrooms and the last two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen. If you need to do laundry during your stay, it's located on the third level, too! We have also provided three twin air mattresses and one sofa bed if you need more sleeping options.  

Parking:
Parking is available in the 1 car garage of the home. 

Neighborhood:
This gorgeous build is located less than 10 minutes from bustling 5 Points in East Nashville, where you will find incredible restaurants, great shopping, awesome pubs and delicious coffee. Additionally, it's also a similar distance to Downtown Nashville and other desirable locations like the Gulch, Twelve South, Music Row, and Hillsboro Village to name a few.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
