Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Pisgah Forrest, this peaceful location provides great opportunities for bird watching and wildlife viewing.
Enjoy quiet mornings on the deck with a hot cup of coffee or curl up in the
cozy living room while enjoying your favorite movie on the large TV.
Youâll be just minutes from trails, waterfalls, fishing, and
kayaking. If you would rather explore some of the local shops or grab a bite to eat, downtown Brevard is only 3 miles away.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has been beautifully furnished and feels like a home away from home. There is a large deck with plenty of seating and a beautiful dining room table that looks out the large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. You will also have access to a propane grill.
The master suite includes a king size bed and walk-in closet with lots of storage. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. The second bathroom is easily accessible to the secondary bedrooms and gathering spaces just across the hall.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary.
Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.
This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
