Comfortable getaway place

This was a great location for us. We could walk to one of our favorite restaurants and everywhere else was a short and easy drive. Loved morning coffee on the screened balcony.

Amazing property and location!

Place was very nice and clean! Building is on a great property in the old Marco neighborhood. Super relaxing. Host was very nice and had clear check in instructions. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great 2 bedroom on the island

This unit was great. Very clean, lots of space and large screened in porch. Great little shops and café on property. Many dining and cocktail options within walking distance. We visit Marco several times a year and will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location, roomy apartment

We had issues with our check in and the property manager very quickly jumped into action and made the situation right which we very much appreciated. The space was perfect for 3 adults -- great screened in porch and roomy sitting area. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Would highly recommend and would book again.

This property is great! This is my second time staying here as well. Property is well maintained and amenities are great. Nice and quiet area of the island and right by the snook! It was great for my family. Highly recommend

Loved the condo!!! Beds comfy, amenities adequate!! We were attending a wedding down the road at the Marriott. Glad we stayed in Old Marco Island area. Lively area and close to a lot of restaurants and shops!! Would rent again!

Perfectly perfect!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was quiet, yet conveniently located to shops and dining. The space was extremely clean and well kept and had all the amenities we needed. Probably our favorite space was the screened in porch. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We spent the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely stay. The pool is small, but very adequate with nice furnishings. Check in was seamless. We did not any issues for he entire month. On site restaurants are excellent and the music venue provided entertainment. We are already looking forward to another stay…..and the weather ….priceless!

Old Marco

Location of unit was good..away from the busy southern end of the island. Convenient restaurants and a great bakery. Everything was as stated in the listing. The amenities list should include type of coffee pot and hairdryer. Definitely will be back.

The property was very nice my only suggestion would be to leave one extra roll of toilet paper for back up and unfortunately my car was hit in the parking lot on Saturday night April 24th and no one to reach out to while we were there.

Weekend away.

Quiet, clean not well lit but within walking distance of some of Marco's quaint stores and restaurants. The property manager, Priscilla, was very helpful when we had issues with the automated door lock. Very polite & professional. Thank you!

Great location, wonderful stay

We had an amazing time. This is our first time at Marco island and the location was great. Restaurants and cute local shops are less than 5 min walking. Everything was clean, looked newly remodeled in the condo, nicely decorated. Both bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room, comfortable for the whole family. The huge screened-in patio was a great to sit outside. Just had a couple of minor things: the master bath fan which turns on with the light was obnoxiously loud and there was a stain on the ceiling from a roof leak.

Ideal Marco Island Locatiion

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend in this unit. Communication and check in instructions were crystal clear, and the pictures don’t do the unit justice. The unit was immaculate and very spacious. We were walking distance to the Snook Inn for dinners with live music, as well as the Smith House for the best breakfast on the island with homemade breads. There are also cute shops and galleries to explore right next door, and lots to do and see, as well as the beach within a short, less than 10 minute drive. We couldn’t be happier, and will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Marco Island.

Anyone that rates this less than 5 must be off their rocker!

This was much better than I was expecting. Lots of space, super clean, great location, tastefully decorated, seems like it was recently updated. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Twp bedrooms with their own bathrooms, nice living room and kitchen. Huge balcony. I had looked at the Marriot which was over $700 per night off season. This had much more space and was very well appointed at a fraction of the cost.
