A much better option than a hotel room

We loved the comfort, it's very important. The king size bed was very comfortable, the unit was a perfect size for us. Bathroom was large with double sinks and a walk in shower. They supplied everything we needed also. This is a much better option than a hotel room. These condos are in a quiet location, felt safe at all times, even walking alone to the plaza. Southwestern style condominiums and decor in ours was beautiful, we also had a kiva style fireplace. It's located on a hill across the street from the historic Fort Marcy, the sunset each evening were worth walking over to watch. We definitely will be staying here again!

Clean and well stocked

The location is fantastic—being walking distance to the Plaza saves a ton of parking headaches. The walk back to the rental is up a steep hill, so be prepared for that. The rental is clean and well stocked, and the community pool and hot tub are well maintained.

Beautiful sunsets each evening

We loved the comfort and southwestern style of the unit and the location was a plus, walking distance to the Plaza. Located on a hill top, so the beautiful sunsets each evening were fun to watch also.

We arrived to a flooded floor in the living room. The airco unit was turned on very cold and leaking badly. It was difficult getting through to property management. With Cisco's help the leak eventually stopped he mopped the floor.The apartment itself was great, comfortable lounge, great bed. Good bathroom. Lovely and quiet with convenient parking. Easy walk to the Plaza. The fridge was very small! Had larger ones in hotel rooms. It would be an excellent eccept for the flood and fridge!

Cute condo, horrible experience

Started out great, cute condo. The sewer gas was a different story, it came from the bedroom. Called and talk to lady twice, sat outside for an hour. Told no other rooms available. We packed our stuff to leave, then they had another room. Hell no. Horrible experience, staff not helpful. Oh, pool, hot tube close at 6 pm.

Some positives a couple opportunies for improvement

I loved the location of the property. The overall aesthetics of the condo were great. We did experience some problems with a sewer odor, leaking dishwasher and poorly functioning freezer and auto break in at night. However the property manager did offer to make things right from a financial perspective and they were somewhat responsive to address the odor. Hopefully they can identify the problem for the next tenant.

Perfect place for us. Close to the Plaza. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. Nice walking trail across the street. Very quiet. We will definitely come back when we visit Santa Fe.

Great location - could reach the Plaza in minutes. Great location to day trip to Taos, Los Alamos, Bandelier, etc. Unfortunately the forest fires caused closure of most of the hikes we wanted to take - but more time to shop!!
