Nice getaway!

Great location and a short drive to the beaches. The pool area was perfect for our family, the kids lived in the pool! Would stay here again.

Great house, great location, great experience

House was great and provided all the necessities we needed. Kids spent most of their vacaction in the pool and it was nice having an outdoor shaded sitting area with tv.

Wonderful place!

The home was lovely and the patio area was just stunning. There are palms all around the pool cage making it feel so peaceful and tropical. Brilliant idea Jack!

Amazing home!

Wonderful Stay

Me and my family stayed here for a week and it was a very beautiful and comfortable home. Everything was just like the photos and the pool was a HUGE hit for our family. We really enjoyed stocked kitchen as we are a large family, so cooking was a big deal for me. Also, the response time with the property manager was quick as well. We cannot wait to come back and stay here.

Very nice place - would definitely stay again

The place is gorgeous. Has everything you need. The tub in the second bath does not drain well and the faucet does not work to enable you to use the tub. Aside from that, the place is worth the value so long as there are no issues that require communication!

This was a very nice property with a pool. Unfortunately the weather was a little too chilly. Our host was very helpful. Location was good and not far from Bay Harbor. Need transportation to get around. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Summer Vacay

We had an amazing time visiting the Sarasota area, and this VRBO property was the perfect place for our family to stay. More than enough room for 2 kids and 2 adults, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, and we were very thankful for the beach chairs/umbrella/wagon to use at the beach. The enclosed outside area and pool was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy time at the house when we weren’t at the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when we visit the Sarasota area.

Obsessed!

This is our second year here and oh the memories we have made at this magical house! The house has all you need, the real amazing part to me is the backyard area/pool! Please book this place, but leave some space for us to come again next year!

Great family fun

All four adults in our party enjoyed our stay. The place is exactly as described, super clean, and the outdoor space is very relaxing. We were in the pool almost everyday of our stay. We took advantage of the beach chairs when we went to Siesta Key beach, which is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive. There were plenty of food choices a short drive from the house. The host is great and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Will stay here again

The home was very clean as well as the pool. The heated portion of it came in very handy. Has a great location, close to beaches & stores. I would highly recommend this rental. Only downside if you are all adults the 3rd bedroom has small twin beds.

Wish I could give 6 stars!

I could barely get out of the door before writing this review, I am so impressed! We have three little ones and this house was perfect. The pool area made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. Great neighborhood, 15-30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen! It was all perfect, we had all that we could need and more. I cannot wait to come here again!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was clean, pool was great, and Jack was easy to communicate with. It was about a 20 minute drive to the beach and village, so we didn’t mind going back and forth a couple times a day. There are also plenty of stores, restaurants, and fast food within a 5 minute drive from the house. The only very slight drawback was the beds were very firm. We prefer softer beds, but if you like your bed firm, you will be very comfortable. Overall we had an amazing week and hope to stay there again next year.

We live in Illinois, but every time we vacationed in Sarasota we fell in love all over again with the powdery white sand of Siesta Key and the relaxed Florida lifestyle. Our dream was to have a place where we could create family memories—and now we get to share that with other families too.

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—peaceful, family-friendly surroundings while still being close to Siesta Key, shopping, and dining. The neighbors are warm and welcoming, and it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home.

One of our favorite times of year is December, when our street transforms into a magical holiday wonderland with 14 lighted arches and beautifully decorated houses. It’s something special you don’t see in many places, and it makes the neighborhood feel even more inviting. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, taking a walk with the kids, or enjoying the holiday lights, this community adds so much charm to the Sarasota experience.

The private heated pool is fully screened, so you can enjoy Florida sunshine without worrying about bugs or mosquitos—and the safety fence makes it easy to keep little ones secure. Over the past three years, we’ve planted 50+ palm trees around the yard, creating a true tropical retreat that feels like your own private resort.

This is our family’s home away from home, and we love sharing it with other families who want comfort, safety, and that unforgettable Sarasota vibe.
